The area feels suburban/quiet by day and serves as a convenient base for visitors to Orlando, theme parks and golf resorts.

Best option: car rental or private vehicle — drive times are short to I‑4 and US‑27. Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) and taxis are widely available but can be costly for frequent trips to theme parks. Organized airport shuttles and private transfers are common for groups. Public transit is minimal: there is no frequent local rail or metro service serving Davenport; regional commuter rail (SunRail) and major Amtrak stations are in the Orlando/Kissimmee area and require a drive or rideshare to reach. For visitors without a car plan for higher transit costs and longer door‑to‑door times.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire 6-bedroom villa, private pool, and all of the clubhouse amenities at no additional cost. Guests other than those disclosed to us in the booking are not permitted on the property.
Please note that there are motion-activated security cameras mounted at the front and side of the house for your safety. There are no cameras inside or in the pool area.

As a guest, you will have private access to the entire home and are welcome to enjoy all the amenities, including the fun games, pool table, patio seating, BBQ, and the private pool. The house includes free parking in the driveway for 4 vehicles (No street parking), free WiFi, and self-check-in. All bedrooms include Smart TVs.

⚖️ IMPORTANT BOOKING REQUIREMENT!!

✹Rental Agreement: To finalize your reservation you must sign our rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the reservation.

✹Security Deposit- A refundable $300 security deposit is required and will be processed on the guest's credit card by the host. The hold is released after check-out once the property has been inspected. Guests are responsible for any damages, missing items, or violations of house rules during stay.
