Stayed Dec 11, 2025This was a great stay! We were in North Louisiana for our son's college graduation, and the location was convenient to both Bossier and Shreveport. The home is very comfortable and secure, with all the conveniences of home. If we found ourselves needing accommodations for North Louisiana again, we would definitely choose the Island House again.

Stayed Oct 18, 2024My Daughter and I LOVED the home! It was very clean and the beds very cozy. The only draw back was in the listing of the home it says it has a coffee pot NOT! It only has a KEURIG with pods which only work 1 out of 3 times. Had we known this we would have brought our own pot! We brought our coffee thinking this home had a coffee pot. Only problem we had with the home, since we drink coffee around the clock!

The house was very clean and well kept and the neighborhood was very nice! The host had the house stocked with coffee and the basics that we would need for cleaning. Definitely would book again!
