Directly across from the popular walking path that loops the entire island and a couple minutes away from 2 boat launches. Relax and unwind from all the activities that Lake Havasu offers in the community swimming pool, your private front courtyard or upon the second floor, extra large balcony. This two bedroom, 2 bath townhome with a Queen size sofa bed in the livingroom; hosts a 2 car garage that can be accessed by a coded key pad. The ideal location for you to unwind. Trailered Boat parking available thru out the gated complex on a first come first serve basis.

Front gate, front door and garage access codes will be sent to you 1 hour prior to your arrival for easy self check-in.
