Stayed Jun 3, 2022We had a wonderful stay at the Idea Townhouse Getaway. The home has great indoor and outdoor visiting areas and is located within a short walk of many restaurants. It was in great condition and communication was perfect.

Stayed Jun 5, 2026nice condo and the kitchen had everything we needed. No view, and the balcony chairs were very dirty and we didn’t use them. No ice maker, but the market is very close.

Stayed Apr 10, 2026Excellent location to golf and activities. Host was very good and responsive. Pool was clean and refreshing. The fire pit needed repairs to work and the carpet in the living room should be tossed out. It smelled awful! Sour milk and dirty laundry smell. Other than that everything worked.

Stayed Apr 3, 2026This is the perfect location. There is a really cute little grocery store 100’ away and the pool is 50’ in the other direction. The kids loved walking down to the ice cream shop. There is a lower balcony with a huge table plus a huge balcony up top with couches for lounging. We plan on coming back for our next vacation.

Stayed Mar 7, 2026We were in town with our 3 adult children visiting family in Lake Las Vegas. The location was terrific. Close to shops and dining. The patio and upper deck provided great outdoor space to relax and catch up. The townhouse was also spacious and bright.

Stayed Jun 17, 2025We have a wonderful stay in the Townhouse. It was very clean, plenty of towels and cookware. We were literally steps from the Eden market, coffee shop and village stores….on Lake Las Vegas. We were next door to Southshore Country club where our Wedding venue was at. We had a great stay!!

Stayed Oct 16, 2024We loved this location. Raymond was amazing to work with and was available during our stay to answer questions. My husband and I will be coming back, but just the two of us. We loved the quiet, tranquil Italian feel.
