Great place. Very clean and spacious. We were very happy staying here. The owners are very responsive.

My wife, daughter (2.5 yr), and I had a great time here. We have stayed at different properties in the past but this has to be our favorite. Great location, lots of space (even if there were more than just the 3 of us), and we loved sitting on the porch together. Our daughter is already asking to return, saying “beach house?” as soon as we arrived home.

Upon making our final payment, we were surprised to learn that we needed to bring our own sheets, towels, toilet paper, & trash bags. Once we arrived, it quickly became clear that we also needed to supply additional essentials like hand soap, paper towels, & even blankets. Thankfully, my son-in-law’s grandmother lives in OC & was able to lend us some items. When booking, we specified that we needed accommodations for seven people. While The Ibis is technically large enough, it wasn’t properly prepared for our group. One of the twin beds didn’t have a comforter, and we eventually found it a few days into our stay—covered in sand & stashed in the garage. We attempted to wash it, only to discover that the dryer wasn’t functioning properly. After a standard cycle, the clothes were still soaked. Restarting the dryer would make it run for a minute before shutting off again—this happened repeatedly. Overall, the home felt “picked up” rather than clean. The main bathroom shower curtain was covered in mold. We found a used zit patch left on a nightstand & a wad of chewed gum under one of the beds. There was sand piled in the entryway when we arrived. The kitchen cabinets & drawers were reminiscent of a college apartment—disorganized, with loose toothpicks, crumbs, wrappers, & more scattered throughout. I actually started trying to organize the kitchen myself until my family reminded me we were supposed to be on vacation. The only redeeming aspect of the property is the location.

The property was good except it had ants in the kitchen area. was very hard to take care of them all.

We had an amazing time in Ocean City for the fall festival. The house was perfect and located a block from the festival. The owner was great and, we’ll definitely be back again.

Comfortably furnished and very clean! Had a relaxing trip to the shore. House is in a quiet area but it’s still Easy to walk to Asbury Ave for shops and restaurants. A little bit of a walk to the beach but it’s pretty and you pass a great espresso shop on 4th street. Host was responsive and friendly. Would stay again!

The Ibis Nest is a very well kept and clean condo in a wonderful part of OC. My 3 younger kids had plenty of fun in their bunk room and great functional space to lounge around after the beach. Highly recommend staying here. Steve and Marie were great at quick responses and assisting with any questions we had leading up to and during our stay.

We thought it was beautifully designed and kept!The neighborhood was quiet and people friendly. We had a terrific time! My only drawback personally was the stairs but younger folks had no problem with them and it clearly posted second story.

We really enjoyed our weeks stay at Ibis and wish we could have stayed another week. The property was very clean, had everything we needed, and was in a great location. Will definitely be back!

Had a relaxing week, nice & quiet, easy walk to the beach. Very bike friendly town. Bonus to have a parking spot because street parking can be challenging, especially on the weekend.

The rental was absolutely wonderful! It was super clean and very comfortable. The house has a nice layout and is in a beautifully located area. We will definitely stay again.

Location of the property was perfect and close to Asbury shops and eats. Our family had a lovely week and would rent this house again. Thank you!
