The house on the lake - Trevignano Romano

Everything was perfect and the location to the lake and local amenities, ideal for us. Thank you Alessandro we will be back in 2025.

Clean condo in a great location. Parking is cramped for any car larger than a compact.

Everything was clean and as pictured; however, the listing states ‘house’ and this is not. This is part of a condominium; this may be due to understanding of what a house is as in America a house is a standalone dwelling with no one else attached. This is a building unit with multiples. This aside, all was well and with no issue. Think those choosing to stay need to understand this as it is not easy to understand from the pictures. I will say, at night it is very quiet and peaceful. We had an issue with a hair dryer and within a moment we had a new one at our doorstep, also had some batteries go out on a remote for the air and again, batteries without hesitation at our doorstep. Very, very responsive and thankful for our stay. The town itself is amazing with wonderful restaurants and scenery to compliment. Before we arrived, I had many questions and Alessandro was very responsive and had an answer or would seek one out. We appreciate his hospitality and felt we were in good hands in a country we had not ventured in before. :)

We recently enjoyed a lovely 6 day stay at this property. The apartment is very comfortable with a wonderful of the lake from inside & from the outside patio. It is well equipped with the only things we missed being a kettle & a toaster. The check in process was all done on line with information provided by Alessandro & it was problem free.. The location is excellent with many good restaurants nearby. It is also located very close to Il Forno, a bakery where we could get our breakfast cornettos each morning. Trevignano Romano was very quiet when we were there since it was end of season. We would highly recommend this property.

The apartment is in the mane street of Trevignano. This means some noise must be tolerated but it also means easy access to everything. The quiet garden with lake view is wonderful. We enjoyed our stay and would go back anytime.

Trevignano Romano Is a wonderful small lakeside village. The flat is lakeside with a nice view. A nice place!

What a beautiful home!!!!! What a beautiful town!!!! Everyone in the towns we visited were lovely and kind! We will absolutely be returning to the lake house at Trevignano Romano. Thank you Alessandro!!!

We had been in Siena and wanted to be closer to airport for our morning flight. Without knowing much I picked the house on the lake. We were not disappointed to say the least! We spent 2 nights, walked along the lake and through the old town up to the church ruins. Beautiful! And the pizza just up the street (il Forno Franchini) is outstanding. House is comfortable, nice outside space right on lake with view.

We found the apartment very lovely and clean. The garden with the view of bracciano is wunderfull. The beds are very comfortable. There are so many good restaurants in Trevignano that we didn’t cook much, but the kitchen works well for some simple cooking. We surely recommend the apartment and would come back here anytime…?
