Beautiful views. Nicely appointed kitchen. Had a little mixup (on VRBO's end I think) with the address. The host was very responsive and got us where we needed to be. Would gladly stay again.

Beautiful views and a very comfortable house

Great location for a peaceful 3-night getaway. We’ve spent time in the area but never in Dillon Beach. Would definitely come again. The house was ideal for us, our son and daughter in law. Plenty of space to be together but also room to spread out. It’s a relatively steep road to the beach so we drove. Our dog loved being off leash. The trundle bed is in an alcove next to the upstairs bedroom. It’s great for a kid or someone else who is comfortable sleeping fairly close to the bedroom. The foldout couch is on the lowest level which would probably be good for a third couple. The two bathrooms are on the main floor with the primary bedroom, kitchen and living area. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking, serving and eating materials. There are a few “leftover” spices and a drip coffee maker. While we would readily come back, there are a few things that could be addressed in a property at this price point. The main draw is the view. But one big window is damaged. Other windows looked like they could use cleaning. Some of the window coverings need replacement. The dryer was filled with laundry. The closets had lots of stuff piled in them. These were all small nits but addressing them would make this place a solid 5.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful house with us for the weekend. We cleaned it, including vacuuming up any dog hair from our really calm, well-behaved dog, Elin. She is not allowed on any furniture or beds. We have been coming to Dillon Beach for 40 years and love the relaxing atmosphere!

We had a great stay. We have a son stationed in Petaluma so we will consider this place to stay when we go visit again.P.

Loved the facility. Only two semi-bummers. 1) Apparently fog mornings and evenings are common. 2) there is construction next door but did not effect the view.

This was a great property for my family. We had what we needed in the kitchen - lots of games and towels too. We didn’t try the TV, but everything else worked well! The only surprise was that the furniture in the main living room did not match what was in the photos. But it was all nice and mostly as advertised. We really enjoyed our time here!

Had an amazing trip with a house that had everything.

The property was as advertised. The house was beautiful and clean. I'd highly recommend it to others. However, the Wifi and TV's did not work. But our whole idea was to escape both of those, so mission accomplished! :-)

Home is beautiful, with amazing views. The neighborhood was super quiet, safe. In the hills overlooking Dillon Beach. Great area. Stormy weekend, no leaks, no loss of power. Great getaway

Panoramic views, comfortable accommodations.

We live in the area and enjoy Dillon Beach. The views of the ocean and of the bay from are great - perfect for sunset. Comfortable furnishings in a very cozy house. Good communication with the manager. Easy check-in. One note: the listing says there is construction up the hill. To be more specific, the construction is on the lot next door to the property right outside the kitchen and main level bedroom windows. It doesn't block the ocean view, but the construction is level with the house since they have excavated the hill to make a level area to build a home. Fortunately the very loud construction/heavy equipment noise ended by midday on Saturday, and there is no construction on Sunday. There is also construction way up the hill/road. But we did not hear any noise from that. Just something to keep in mind.

Lovely home. Sweeping ocean views. Well appointed. Most comfortable beds ever in a rental. Kitchen had everything we needed.
