The House at Reunion | South Facing Pool | Game & Movie Room

7 days of raw sewage running down lawn, driveway and sidewalk. Many devices inside not working. Had to keep all 8 grandchildren confined to the back yard due to the sewage problem. Won’t be back!!!!

Great experience renting this property.

Family vacation Overall our family enjoyed vacationing at this home. There was plenty of room for all 14 of us. The biggest complaint we had was that some of the games did not work in the game room which was a disappointment to the kids, also the TV remotes seemed to not operate the TVs. We did call and maintenance did respond timely once. Too many remotes in the house and not labeled according to the Devices. Location and privacy was excellent. Plenty of space to park four vehicles in the driveway. Kitchen could use some updating and we had an issue with the dishwasher not drying the dishes.

We were really excited to stay at this property, there were several adults and three children. We were not able to access the property at 4 p.m. as promised and had to call to get in. We had to wait in our vehicles in order to gain entry to the property. The pool was not ready when we arrived as the pool pump was not working. When we called about this, they were very rude and asked, how do you know? A hot tub is advertised for the property, however, they do not tell you that you have to pay an extra $275 for the water in the hot tub to be hot! Since the pool and hot tub are connected and the pool didn't get fixed until our second day out of a four day stay, the hot tub wasn't hot until our last day there. We would like a refund of $275 for the hot tub that we were only able to enjoy for one night. Several of the video games in the advertised game room did not work, this was a huge disappointment to all, especially the children. Several chairs in the cinema room did not work, we had to play musical chairs to see which chair in fact worked in order to enjoy a movie. Golf balls hit the house constantly, in fact, one golf ball hit the window and broke it! It was scary staying at a house with flying golf balls. The final straw was that one of our guests got glass in his foot and had to have it surgically removed. The glass was in the kitchen and this happened on our first day at the home. Only one bed was comfortable to sleep in. Amenities should be more forthcoming as they are all add-ons for a fee except a pass to the water park. To play golf was $200 per person! We felt mislead and thought that was included in the price of our stay. Overall, we were very disappointed with our stay, we were mislead and did not feel customer service was professional.

House is in a great location at a quiet dead end. Very spacious with plenty of room. I'm sure this was an amazing home 10-years ago, but lots of use with kids has worn it down a bit. Beds were comfortable, plenty of kitchen and grilling items to make cooking easy and efficient. Most of the theater recliners aren't functional. The basketball game didn't work. The gas cooktop had a mind of it's own and would attempt to light burners not even on if cooking on low, which led to an annoying (click-click-click-click) sound whenever a burner was set over medium heat. For the high nightly rental cost, it would've been nice to have someone come to the home and give us a 30 minute walk through because we struggled to figure out the televisions and DIRECTV. Instead, we had to go to the rental office and provide our information. A personal touch to familiarize guests with their rental goes a long way in my opinion. Even with my minor complaints, it's a nice place to visit and I'd go back if rates are reasonable.

Attempting to use any TV was a very negative experience Every tv had a minimum of 5 remotes. We had the property management company down twice. They spent hours trying to get things working. We picked the house for the theater and the gaming. We were able to use the theater once and could not turn on the gaming items. Using the patio with pool was also a bit dangerous. Many golf balls from the course were hit into the pool area. Nice house but consider upgrading the TV's. It was very frustrating.

Some features in the home were not operating. The foyer waterfall was not working. There are speakers in the back patio that never worked or at least we had no way of making them work. We had boars by the pack in the back which intimidated the kids. So we lessened their time outside which took away the prívilege of having such a beautiful outdoor pool and enjoyment

Fun place to stay. Close to Disney. Lots of outdoor activities on site. Cute bedrooms for the kids! This home is managed by Florida Vacation Homes and does not have the free cancellation as listed on VRBO
