Nice home, beautiful view!
This is located right across the street from world class trails in Soderberg open space. Hike to Horsetooth rock, rent a pontoon boat on the lake or simply relax on the front deck watching the deer in the mornings and evenings! Great place to spend a few days.
Was amazing to walk out the front door and go for a hike or bike. Location is super peaceful and quiet. Not the most decked-out rental, but is definitely good enough for a weekend getaway. Have to say ... A bit uncomfortable beds.
Very responsive and clear communication made for a great stay! The view is amazing and if you like hiking, there's no better place!
Very nice little place on a beautiful lake, w/ a really nice view. Couldn’t ask for much more. I’d definitely stay there again.
Very nice home, short drive to the reservoir and super responsive management. We enjoyed our stay.
This was a great rental. Everything we needed was in the house. I would definitely recommend.
The house was roomy, clean and in a great location. The trail across the street was fun. It rained a bit but we didn’t mind. Overall was a great place to stay and would definitely stay again. Thank You!!!!
We (group of few friends), made a reunion trip (Meeting after about 20 years) to Colorado ..and have booked this property. It was a neautiful place, very clean property and host was very friendly and responsive. Highly recommend this place.
We came in for my daughter's graduation from CSU Vet School. Grandma & an aunt, my husband & myself, our 32 yr old son & his wife (6). Upon entry, whole house was spotless. We cooked, we baked, we hiked, we gamed... 2 spacious bathrooms, a well stocked kitchen, beautiful deck, comfy beds. Even though it rained from Wed - Saturday, we had a lovely time and celebrated a wonderful event.
Each morning we were greeted by the mule deer heard outside with the mountain as the backdrop. Outside the only thing you could hear was the animals and an very occasional car. The next door neighbors were great, the power had gone out for a short while during a storm and they were kind enough to bring us candles and make sure we were ok. What a great place for serenity and peacefulness
Very clean home with great views, complete kitchen and separate spaces so family members could efficiently “ Work from VRBO” for two of the days. The property managers were absolutely fantastic. They were prompt and Very professional. We celebrated Thanksgiving at the home and the layout was perfect. We had some nice hikes right out the front door with great views.
This property was perfect for our family and had the most amazing views! My daughter attends CSU and the whole family flew in to visit for family weekend. We normally stay closer to campus but opted for a different experience this time and were so pleased that we did. I loved everything about this house. It was perfectly appointed, clean, and spacious. The views were amazing! We were greeted by multiple families of deer daily. The property manager was very responsive with questions. I would highly recommend renting this property. Thank you!!
Excellent place to retreat from the city and enjoy the Horsetooth area with 2 min drive to the marina and MTB trailheads
It was a very easy renting process. The property is close to a lot of activities and in a very nice neighborhood
We had an absolutely amazing stay at this property (Property ID 2034035). The home was clean and had everything we needed which was great but the location was out of this world. The pictures show a nice hill across the street and state it is located near the reservoir. All true but totally underselling the location. We were a short walk to an amazing series of hiking trails that wound over 1000 ft in elevation in beautiful country with breath taking views. We were also a short walk to a beach access to the reservoir and a couple minute drive to the marina and boat ramp. The home is on a road with virtually no traffic and the neighborhood is silent after dark. The reservoir is a 7 mile, 165 ft deep paradise. We chartered a boat with Capt. Rob (amazing) complete with water slide and grill and rented paddleboards to enjoy the water more. Last, we were about an hour to Rocky Mountain National Park and the drive there winds through Roosevelt State Park. It was magnificent. We traveled with my two kids, 9 and 12, and my parents who are in their 70's and all had something to do. I will definitely be back!
Good cabin property. Nothing too fancy but great for a nice weekend, no complaints.
