Stayed Apr 17, 2026Loved our stay! Location was perfect…just a few blocks from campus and walkable to Kirkwood and all the things we wanted to see for a reunion weekend. Russ was very responsive. Great space!

Stayed Dec 18, 2025This is a great house! We brought the family up for graduation. There were more than enough beds and bathrooms, was well stocked with necessities, and the host was very responsive. Bonus - it’s laid out so that you can have a party at one end of the house and not hear it at the other end. The hot tub was a big hit even in winter! The only draw back is the tiny kitchen.

Stayed Jul 27, 2024If you are going to IU this house is very convenient. Great area for kids to hang out and sleep on the newer side/addition of the house. The original older side of the house is a lot older and in need of some TLC. The kitchen is tiny but does functions as a kitchen for making drinks and snacks. The hot tub was very clean and the backyard was fun to hang out.
