The Hollinsed House Victorian Delights - Large 1 Bedroom

Great location! Communication was excellent with an easy check in and out experience. Bike racks were available on the property. The unit was definitely dated and could use a remodel and new furniture but overall it was a good stay and well within walking distance or biking to activities and multiple excellent restaurants.

The place was great. We had no trouble getting in and our host was very helpful with all of my questions. It's centrally located - most of the best of Duval was within a ten minute walk. I highly recommend The Hollinsed House for a pleasant stay in Key West (Old Town).

We had such a wonderful stay at the Hollinsed House.Comfy accommodations, beautiful porch for morning sits and beautiful pool and courtyard for afternoon cool downs.Host was accommodating and quick with communication, check in was a breeze!We plan to be back!

Perfect location. Super clean and very well stocked unit, much bigger than expected. Absolutely everything you need. Lois the host was wonderful, super responsive and helpful. We loved it so much we wanted to extend our stay! We will definitely be back. Thank you Lois!

The location was great. The property itself could have been kept up better. Bricks were old and needed replacing the landscaping could have been kept up better and outdoor furniture could have been more welcoming and comfortable. The pool was warm and nice.The HOA could do a lot better on the outside common area. This is an older unit and we were well aware but the inside was dirty, old and the bathroom could have used more than a 5 minute wipe down before the next guests. The ceiling fan light didn’t work and the bedroom lamp shades were on there last leg, every time you turned them on I thought they were going to break.The light switch was so gross and the bathroom blinds were disgustingly dirty. The carpet gross along with the dining room chairs, meaning the fabric was dirty along with the couch, I also stripped the bedding on the last morning only to find blood on the pillow. This unit had a nice layout and good space but obviously only using this for a money grab because I did see another unit and it was really nice.. We will come back to Key West but not to this unit. Old Town was a nice area.

The location was excellent. While it was an older building, the unit was extremely clean and neat. We stayed for 8 days and it was great to have a living room and kitchen.We would recommend it and we will stay again.Bill and Lauri

You are a block and a half away from Duval and are within walking distance from many restaurants that the locals frequent. Albeit this property has shared amenities such as the pool, most days we were the only ones out there. A great property to enjoy the antics on Duval or to read a book by the heated pool.

Thoroughly enjoyed out stay at this property! Everything was as expected. This was our 3rd time staying in this unit(s), and would absolutely do so again. Thank you for everything. Cannot wait to return.

The rental afforded a lot of room to relax, the porch overlooking the pool was nice for morning coffee. The kitchen was well equipped. There is a grocery store 2 blocks away. Duval is also 2 blocks. Convenient and comfortable! Everyone very friendly.

We loved this place, it’s proper old world Key West the way it should be, a little oasis near all the bars & restaurants, but nice and quiet at night

Room was large. Old furnishing but clean. Bathroom shower is odd. Need to add more plugs in Bedroom. Internet is not super fast. But the room size for money was very nice.

Perfect size room for two, walking or biking distance to Duval, Mallory Square, many restaurants and attractions., which is good because there is very limited street parking. Well equipped kitchen.

Very clean and comfortable. Never did figure out the television, but i didn't go to kw to watch tv. Location is very good

My wife and I have been going to Key West off and on for the past 30 years. We have stayed at numerous places and if you've been before you know you normally get a room with a bed and bathroom and are lucky if you can maneuver around it for a lot of money. So, after 30 years we have finally found this absolute GEM! The entire property is beautiful and quiet. This is sort of an apartment in a large house with other units. It is upstairs in the back away from the street. You walk in the door to a very good size room that is the living area along with dining table and a nice size kitchen. To the back of this room is the bathroom with tub and shower and also the large bedroom with 2 closets and plenty of dressers. The home was very clean and tidy and had more than we imagined as the owner has pretty much thought of everything. There are 2 air conditioners, 1 in the living area and 1 in the bedroom. These kept it plenty cool enough for us. Although we didn't take advantage of it the kitchen was well equipped with everything you needed. We were extremely happy with how quiet the house was. We never heard a noise from anywhere while inside. There are 2 chairs and a table outside that we enjoyed coffee at overlooking the pool. The property includes a really nice smaller pool that was heated. There was plenty of seating around it and there is even a seating area with a new charcoal grill if you so desire. The location of the house could not have been any better!

Excellent property only negative Shower head should be lifted to accommodate taller guests an easy cheap fix.
