Stayed Dec 12, 2025We were only there for a couple nights, but my kids loved the space, they were in awe and it was so nice. We had a warm welcome from the owner herself. The shower water pressure was heavenly, our mattress were amazing, loved the fireplace and Christmas tree, lovely touches throughout. I truthfully have nothing bad to say about this place at all. 10/10

Stayed Jul 6, 2025My family loved our visit. It’s located in the town center of Berlin with everything in walking distance. We came for the beach which is a short drive. Also very close to OC activities. The property was very clean and had more than enough space for my party of 7 with more to spare. The decor is very thoughtful and inviting to the theme “The Hive”. We will totally be returning!

Stayed Jul 11, 2024Martinek’s apartment in downtown Berlin was perfect for our family of 4. Spacious, with comfortable common areas, well stocked kitchen, bright and very clean. The fourth bedroom even had a desk that was perfect for knocking out a few emails after the kids were in bed. Sunday morning farmers market was right out our door, which the kids were enjoyed. Short drive to OC and Assateague. Host very responsive. We’ll be back.
