Awesome house, spacious all around. Large bedrooms, large kitchen and dining rooms, lots of towels, the two living rooms was so helpful for our larger group and very comfy beds.

Great place. Worked out well for us.

This house did not disappoint. We enjoyed the extra space and it was nice to come back to relax after exploring Seattle all day.

The only bad thing I can say about our stay was there is NO air conditioning. I did not realize this was normal in the Pacific Northwest. We southerners need our cool air! I immediately contacted our host when we arrived to a warm house & he informed me that due to the cooler climate, it was normal & advised where the portable fans were. Some didn’t work so he brought 5 new ones the next morning. With open windows and cool evening temps it worked fine. Our host was fantastic! The house was big and perfect for our group. We had a big table to play games each night after we came home from our daily explorations. The location was close to the airport (15 min), downtown Seattle (20min) and within an hour or two drive to some really cool day trips (Boeing Future of Flight and the little German town of Leavenworth WA through the Cascade mountains). All in all, it was a great experience and would certainly rent from this host again if ever in WA.

We loved Thomas’s house. It was exactly as advertised and just what we needed for our family of 10. Also great central location for the nearby wedding at Trinity Tree Farm. Very comfortable and clean and Thomas was very responsive to our questions.

We were here for my neices wedding. I really wanted to give this 5 stars. 4.5 would be more appropriate. First of all, this house is huge. It has hardwood floors, and modern amenities. Of course, the first thing I look for is cleanliness and it definitely checked that box. This place is only about 15 minutes from the airport and has great freeway access to get to anywhere in the Seattle area. It has ample parking for 4 cars. It has a great open area upstairs that provided ample space for the bride's party too get ready. It is pretty well stocked and the knives are sharp. You can tell the owner has put some money into this, so any criticism is being a little nitpicky, my suggestions for the owner are as follows:1. Needs more forks2. Needs cereal sized bowls3. Needs juice glasses, and just more glasses in general that match. 4. Basically for a place that sleeps 16, it needs at least 16 place settings for people that what to cook at the VRBO. 5. Upstairs master bath shower has a leak, tub needs to be painted with touch up. 6. Not sure if this is by design, but there is a massive Boulder as you try to pull into the driveway which creates a very awkward turn into the closest stall. 7. The light switches need to be labeled and light bulbs checked. Several switches either didn't work or weren't attached to anything we could see. 8. I would recommend adding rugs next to the sinks in the bathrooms. Tile is nice, but cold on the feet!9. An extra bed blanket!

Loved our stay!! Property owner was quick and responsive; very friendly & helpful. Nice neighborhood and close to stores and restaurants. Would stay again.

The house was clean and well appointed. Open living space with private bedrooms made for a great layout for a work retreat.

This place is likely the best VRBO I have ever stayed at. The beds are very comfortable, the couch and chairs are also very comfy. The kitchen is huge with room for a few cooks at a time. The dinning room table and chairs were great. There was even a second living room we didn't use. We will definitely stay here again.
