Each room spacious and professionally decorated. 65” tv in Den & 55” tv’s in bedrooms. Multiple beaches, trails, restaurants, bars and adventures await.
***Contractual guest must electronically sign a Rental Agreement within 24hrs of booking. Contract will be emailed within 2hrs of booking and must be returned within 24hrs from time of booking via DocuSign E-Rental agreement.

Guest with enjoy its decadent King sleigh bed mattress as it provides a restful night for the next days adventures. The master bathroom will not disappoint with its spacious double sink & heated floors. Looking to relax after a long day of adventure Step into either the jetted soaking tub or spacious walk-in shower. The warm cabin feel continues as you proceed to its ground level floor consisting of two guests rooms, full bath, laundry and a den/entertainment room. SMOKING POLICY:
- There is NO smoking/Vaping, permitted anywhere INSIDE or OUTSIDE this home.
Recreational, prescription or otherwise.
- Please do not book this home if you or any of your guests plan on smoking
on the property premises.
- If any evidence of smoking is found, we will charge you an extra $950, which is the cost in our area to clean for smoke odors.

PARKING:
- Total parking spaces - 4
2-vehicles in the 2 car garage
2-vehicles on the asphalt driveway leading to the garage (for those with
snowmobiles,motrocylces,side-by-sides, rock crawlers or boats) there is room to park your trailer in the paved driveway as well.
-There is absolutely no street parking allowed.
- Any street parking violations may result in a citing violation, towing
or both at the expense of the owner

MINIMUM AGE FOR RENTAL:
- The minimum age to rent the Property is 29 years of age.
- All guests under 29 years of age must be accompanied by an adult over
the age of 29.

MISC INFORMATION:
- This home does not have air-conditioning.

- GUEST LIMIT:
• Maximum 8 guests/persons of “ANY AGE”!!—strictly enforced.
• Family and friend reunions are welcome within the MAXIMUM 8 individual limit at AN ONE TIME!!
• Any individual beyond the maximum 8 will be charged $300/nt per guest. In addition, all guests will be removed from property upon verification


VIDEO SURVEILLANCE :
- The Property has 24 hour recording video/Audio/Decibel security cameras.
- This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons,
including but not limited to, break-in, death, injury, guests sneaking in pets,
guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed. In no way does this
exterior surveillance infringe upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in
these public areas of the property.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Tahoe is prone to wildfires, as well as winter storms. Our cancellation policy
is followed via VRBO.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR TRAVELING:
- If traveling during winter months, it's highly recommended to travel in
vehicles that have 4wd capabilities. In addition, it’s recommended to carry
chains or DOT approved traction assist devices at all times.
- During summer and winter months, always travel into the sierras with
an emergency travel kit with extra food, water and clothing.
