Safe and quiet area

Really great place to stay, not far outside TC. Close to groceries, several restaurants & coffee. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area! Clean, comfy, quiet & easy to find, plus great communication from the host!

Yes they were very welcoming. Surprised at all the emenities that were in the small kitchen. We plan to come back in the spring or summer and stay there. Will follow Shawn’s advice and request an upstairs unit. Thanks for a great stay.

Very cute vacation building with about 10-12 units. The one we stayed in had a beautiful view of a lake and manicured prairie type landscaping. Very quiet. Could not hear anyone in any of the other units. Unit was cozy and stocked with everything that you need. It was very clean. It worked out perfect for us! We were there for the 70.3 Ironman, in Frankfort. There was a bit of road construction going on, so it took a bit to go around it, but I'm sure that is only temporary and the road will be even better when finished. It's very close to a wonderful supermarket called, Toms, and a gas station. Perfect stay! The only slightly downside is that the pull-out couch is a bit lumpy. If you are driving, you could throw a padded mattress cover in the car, or a thin blow-up bed and just throw on top. It would be fine. Overall, it was a fantastic trip. Truly beautiful spot! Can definitely recommend! Owners were in communication with us, making the entire process very seamless.

Clean and quiet place. I was attending a wedding and did not have time to explore the area but there was a pond out back with chairs to relax in that looked like a lovely place to sit.

Jeff is a wonderful host for his Condo complex. We have stayed her three times over several years. The location is perfect for easily getting to Traverse City, beaches, Sand Dunes, and, Lake Michigan and small coastal cites. Each unit is modern, well equipped for cooking, nicely furnished with furniture, as if it's your own home! One can also relax in the large backyard facing a lovely wetland. Each of the units is also artistically decorated with wall murals, artworks, and nice furniture that you'll typically never see in rental units. What a wonderful venue for you and your loved ones. We'll be back again!

Very clean and comfortable with fantastic location.

Very convenient lodging when attending Interlochen events. The grounds were neat and offered many sitting areas to enjoy the pond and surrounding woods. We enjoyed relaxing in the living room before attending a concert, and found the bed very comfortable.

We were in town overnight for a concert at Interlochen, and this location was ideal. This is a multi unit building right on 31, but there were no noise issues. Everything you would want from easy check in to a very clean unit and a comfy bed. Would definitely stay again, hopefully for longer next time!

Place was very clean & pleasant. I found the bed & pillows a bit uncomfortable.( I’m used to a foam pillow topper)Great location for the concert & eateries & overall a nice stay.

The suite was modern, clean and properly in the middle of everything we love about Michigan (state park trails to shopping in Traverse). Well organized, everything work, bed was comfy and quiet!

We stayed at this condo for our daughter's graduation from Interlochen, and it was absolutely perfect. Great location and everything we needed.

Very nice property. Convenient location, private and very clean. Only downside is my cell phone took forever to charge (Verizon). I will definitely stay again.

This adorable property is SO close to Interlochen (5 min drive). It is right on a beautiful little lake. The unit had everything we could possible need for our stay, and we look forward to returning!

We had a great weekend. The room was as shown in pictures, clean and cozy. We would definitely stay there again.

I left two suggestions: 1) add a short safety bar to the backend area of the tub to be able to climb in and out safer, and 2) Put up the red reflectors on each side of the two entrances from the highway. Hard to locate the turn in the dark until the last minute with only the big sign. Thank you for a restful time away!

2nd time at these units

Better than expected. Bed, pillows and sheets were great. Easy and comfortable for me!

The unit was very clean, well furnished, and all appliances and necessities worked well. This is a great place to stay if you are an early riser and don't mind an early checkout time. 10am is an early checkout and the property manager was already messaging me shortly after 8am on the day we left to let me know we needed to be out at that time. I am all for sticking to schedules but I also don't need to be pestered. Most people aren't like me and the property manager has probably dealt with a lot of people still sleeping at 10am. So, overall I understand even if it is a little annoying. Anyway, I would definitely recommend staying here if you're able to be up and out by 10am like I am. I knew the checkout time when I booked it. So, I give this place 5 stars easily.

The cabin was clean, comfortable and in a convenient location. Our grandkid was at Interlochen and it just a short drive to hear their concert.

Better than expected!! Would highly recommend. Clean, nicely decorated, comfortable bed…it was perfect! Host left a list of local establishments and we used several of them during our stay. Will be using this place again.

This is a very well-equipped Condo in a great location. We have stayed here before and find it well managed,. Very modern, well decorated , and very complete. The location is close to Crystal Lake, Lake Michigan, Traverse City, and very close to Interlochen. Nice greenery behind the property and the large pond area. A truly great place to stay.

Nice and clean, close to a lot of amenities, owner within a call away. Everything was as it was listed it was super clean and quiet, will definitely be back
