Walk to NoDa’s best restaurants and murals, and enjoy access to sauna, cold plunge, gym, and seasonal garden amenities at NoDa B&B.



The Space:

Hearth House is anintentional, art-filled home designed for connection, comfort, and warmth.



When you book the full house, you’ll have all three private suites:



Oak King Suite

King bed, expansive spa-style bathroom with steam shower and dual vanities, workspace desk.



Rowen Queen Room

Queen bed, private bathroom with soaking tub, and oversized walk-in closet.



Linden Tree Room

Queen bed, private bathroom with steam shower.



In total:

• 3 bedrooms

• 3 private bathrooms

• 2 steam showers

• 1 soaking tub

• Comfortably sleeps 6



The shared spaces are where Hearth House truly shines.



The kitchen is modern, sleek, and fully equipped for cooking beautiful meals together.



The living room features colorful textiles sourced from India and Mexico, layered textures, and a fireplace that turns on with the flip of a switch.



Step outside to the covered patio, usable year-round! With a second fireplace and cozy seating for gathering, wine nights, yoga, or morning coffee.



As guests of Hearth House, you also receive access to the amenities at nearby NoDa B&B, including:



• Wet sauna

• Cold plunge & copper ice bath

• Gym

• Community fire pit

• Seasonal permaculture garden offerings (tomatoes, berries, elderberries, pears, peaches, apples when in season)

Guest Access:

Guests access the home using the last four digits of the booking phone number for seamless self check-in.



You will have:

• Full private access to the entire home

• All three bedrooms and bathrooms

• Kitchen, living room, and outdoor patio

• Access to NoDa B&B wellness amenities



Street parking is safe and abundantly available directly in front of the house.

Hearth House is located in NoDa (North Davidson) — Charlotte’s vibrant arts district.

Getting Around:

Most NoDa attractions are within walking distance.



The light rail station is nearby for quick access to Uptown Charlotte.



Uber and Lyft are fast and readily available.



Charlotte Douglas International Airport is approximately 20 minutes away.



Other Things to Note:

• No parties or large events without prior approval

• Quiet hours are observed out of respect for neighbors

• Pet fee: $100 per pet, per stay

• Access to sauna/cold plunge/gym is shared with NoDa B&B guests
