Stayed Jun 18, 2025Lovely Home with Great Space and Location, but a Few Stressful PointsWe really enjoyed our stay at this home. The house was spacious and comfortable—plenty of room for our family to relax, and we especially appreciated being able to sit together at the large table for meals. The back sitting area was a peaceful spot we loved, and the access to the Marina and the beach was a big plus. The golf course looked beautiful, though we didn’t end up using it, and some family members enjoyed the pool one afternoon.A few things did add stress to the trip. Getting back into the gated community was frustrating, with a 20–25 minute wait in a long line of cars because we had to show our temporary pass. We were extremely tired from hiking in Yosemite park and the long drive to and from the home was exhausting. We also had two cars for one family (7 people total) and were charged an extra 100 on top of already high rental costs. While the property itself was nice, we found that there were a large number of rules requiring extensive housekeeping our part. This added unnecessary stress during checkout and made the experience feel less relaxing than expected. A more streamline process or fewer obligations for guest at departure would greatly improve the overall stay. Overall, the house and location were wonderful, but a few logistical issues took away from the overall ease of the stay.

Stayed Jun 30, 2023Well the night we got there was nice ,but when we woke up in the morning there was no power land that lasted 3 days also the picture of the driveway is not accurate the driveway was so steep I had to back up it in 4 wheel drive
