The Gulf-Front Refuge on Grassy Key

House was great, weather was not very agreeable but we had a great time, beware the neighbors in the mansion next door- loud music until 3:45 am first night we stayed, had to call police to have them shut it down. House a grounds were very nice though.

This home is absolutely beautiful. The view looks like a postcard. The pool is gorgeous. Hot tub is great. The area is perfection. We loved everything about this place.

House was in a great location and had a beautiful setting. Easy check-in and check-out process. Great communication during rental process.

We had to call the Police for noise control a few times in the very large mansion next door. We could not sit outside three of the days we were there, as the music was unbearably loud. We will not stay again for fear of this happening again, but the place was wonderful otherwise.

Enjoyed the easy check in and check out. House was beautiful and everything we needed. Great pool and hot tub. Wonderful covered porch out back with a great breeze. Plenty of space for our family of 6 to enjoy and relax. Located on a quiet street, we enjoyed feeling like we were in our own paradise.

The house has a lovely view of the gulf. The weather was a bit cooler than usual, so the heated pool should have been good to use but it only warmed up at the end of the day! We did brave the cool water three days. The interior could use some sprucing up. A good scrubbing of the kitchen cabinets would go a long way. The mattress in the upstairs bedroom is like sleeping on a wooden board. Maybe a mattress topper could be added. Overall we were able to relax, which was our goal. Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay. 2 kids age 8 and 10 loved the pool area. Raised hot tub area made for a nice cannonball platform to jump off into the deeper end of the pool. Hours upon hours of that. Beautiful ocean view. Excellent, excellent quiet location. Would highly recommend. House a bit dated, but nothing thats going to stop anyone from staying there. We would definitely stay there again. Only minus we have to complain about was the bad seaweed smell. Not enough to deter backyard activities.

This property has excellent sunset views, amazing pool, great porch with tons of seating, lots of wildlife off the back pier. We saw manatee, sea turtles, and small sharks. Great ay for kayaking and paddle boarding. The fishing off the rear dock was great as well. Hang a chum block and use a sabiki rig to catch bait fish. Then we would hook a bait fish in a plain hook and let it sink. We caught tarpon, baracuda, sharks, and snappers.

The photos do not provide the justice to the size of this place. It is spacious, comfortable, and clean. Perfect for a family get away. The pool and spa are clean and cared for. The pool pumps are a little loud outside, but you cannot hear them by the ocean or in the house to is was fine. That was my only complaint. The home was well furnished, having everything you need to enjoy a vacation. Stereo, dishes, bedding, clean fresh towels, a grill, ample parking, quiet tucked away spot off the highway, and the views are wonderful. Would not hesistate to use this property again!

This property was wonderful. Very quiet, peaceful location and amazing views. The kitchen was well stocked for any cooking and the grill great too. We saw lots of fish around the dock. Did I mention the view? Just gorgeous. Loved having the spa/hot tub option since we had a couple of cooler days. The pool was amazing the waterfall was a nice feature to have as well. We would 100% stay at this property again.
