'The Guest Room' at Parade House in Fort William

Very comfortable bed, had everything we needed, a short walk to all shopping and dining..a great location.

Great location for exploring Fort William and room was lovely and quiet. Everything needed for our stay was provided.

A very good location but it has very poor internet connectivity. We frequently lost WiFi and Tv connections and had to restart both the router booster and the TV multiple times. After a day of hiking we simply wanted to come back and watch a movie but the internet kept disconnecting which was frustrating. The room comes with full set of dishes for 2 people but does not have a microwave. This would have been very helpful to have to heat a prepared dinner or to cook a bowl of oatmeal in the morning. Not sure if I would stay here again. As I said the location was great but there are many homes close by that offer breakfast so would likely book there instead. Megan

The property is near the bus and train terminals and near the main street with restaurants. Easy to do day trips without a car. Our room was spacious and had a comfortable sitting area. The property is attached to Nicola and Jim's home but provides full privacy. Nicola invited us into their home to see their art gallery and their home. We enjoyed having breakfast in our room as we had dishes and cutlery. Hosts provided coffee/tea and some breakfast items. We enjoyed our stay.

We were made to feel so at home in Parade House by Nicola and Jim. Our room was very comfortable, just like being at home, as it was so well equipped. They really have thought of everything. The artwork and interesting reads were an added bonus. We got some really good nights sleep here as it was so peaceful and quiet. Everything in Fort William is walkable from this location, including an array of shops, good pubs and restaurants, and the train station. Glenfinnan Viaduct and Neptune's Stairs are both easy drives and well worth a visit.

Lovely and beautifully decorated room, the downtown location is convenient to restaurants and public transport. I would definitely stay there again!

Loved the location

We loved our stay at the Guest Room Parade House, it was perfect! There was so much thought put into all of the extras they provided and we felt so at home there. It was so lovely to come back from a long day of walking, have a lovely warm shower in the immaculate bathroom and relax in the comfort of the beautiful room. We will definitely book again! Thankyou so much!

We loved the area it was very close to public transport, restaurants and shopping, The unit was clean and had everything you needed. It was also very quiet.

We had a lovely stay at Nicola's Parade House in Fort William Great location for exploring the Highlands then catching the night train back to London Nicola is a very prompt and helpful communicator Best restaurant by far is Crannog at Garrison West

The property had so many wonderful touches and details that we did not expect. Every little thing from guidebooks, to tea, to juice in the fridge was available to us. It was an absolute pleasure to stay here and communicate with the host. I hope one day in the future we will be back in Fort William to stay here again!

The property is in a fantastic location; close to shopping, restaurants and less than a 5 minute walk from the train station. It was absolutely spotless with a very comfortable bed. The host provided biscuits, tea and coffee, milk, water and juice. The room was extremely quiet and we had a very good sleep each night. The only slight drawback was that the wifi was a bit spotty. We adjusted the router a few times, but it seemed to just be the way it was. As we had paid for a good data plan, this wasn't a huge issue for us, just something to be aware of. I would recommend this location and would happily stay there again.

We were so impressed with every aspect of this place. The location was handy from the train, close to all places to walk, shop and eat. Best bed ever. The quality of design and decor was uplifting and beautiful. The friendly touches made breakfast (cereal, milk, tea, coffee, juice) so perfect on a rainy morning. We would love to come back!

We were very happy with our stay at the Guest House. We were here on our honeymoon and drove up from Edinburgh. We figured out if you put in Dudley Road into the gps, it takes you pretty much right to the driveway. The room and bathroom were clean and cozy and just what we needed after exploring the area each day. We took day trips to do kayaking in Arisaig and to take the cable car up Ben Nevis. Another day, we walked around Fort William. The Guest House is in a great location to base yourself from. Loved reading the guest book of guests who stayed previously! We would definitely stay here again!
