Stayed Mar 27, 2025My teen and I were so happy and comfortable in the green house. We travel a lot for sports and we’ve stayed in a LOT of rentals like this. This one was among our favorites. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. It was just lovely.

Stayed Mar 20, 2026Absolutely adorable cottage within a short walk to Palmer amenities like the Palmer Alehouse! The pictures are accurate, this cottage was absolutely charming and perfect for our family of four. We stayed at several different properties during our trip to Alaska, and this one was our favorite, hands down! Beautiful mountain views, a very quiet area but so close to everything. Colleen was the perfect host, very friendly and super responsive when we had a small request. I highly recommend the GreenHouse! I hope to return again soon for our next vacation!

Stayed Jun 18, 2025Lovely home! Perfect for a couple or small family. Ample counter space for cooking and baking. It was a great location to get into downtown Palmer or head out to Wasilla or Anchorage.

Stayed Jun 13, 2025Had a very nice short stay in June. Cute place, nice little fire pit hang out area outside, and the furniture was comfy. The owner was nice and helpful. Just a good little spot all around. Note for older folks and kids - the stairs are a little on the steep side. My 4 year old did well, but might be worth considering if you have trouble with that sort of thing.
