The house was perfect for my family vacation to Williamsburg! The location is near all of the attractions and there are plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. The home itself is well appointed and everything you need is there. It was very clean and spacious. The outdoor area was very nice as well. Jill is a fantastic host and was very communicative before and during our stay, she made our visit seamless and was available to answer any questions we had. I highly recommend this property and would absolutely rent it again when visiting Williamsburg.

This home was amazing! Everything was perfect for Christmas. Beautifully decorated. It was very welcoming for our two dogs. This homes kitchen equipment was great. This property was close to everything in the Williamsburg area. We definitely would recommend a stay at this property.

Such wonderful hospitality and such a lovely place for a Christmas stay. Spotless and well- appointed and truly pet friendly. Host was responsive and welcoming. Just the perfect spot for a relaxed holiday with family!

The house, host and amenities were wonderful. The house was stocked with essentials which was so helpful! We also enjoyed the holiday decorations and lights throughout the house; it was so cozy upon arrival. We will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay!

The house and location were fantastic. The kitchen, laundry, and bedroom amenities were well stocked and very clean. The location was a few miles drive from downtown Williamsburg. We were able to visit Jamestown, Yorktown, and colonial Williamsburg within a 15 minute drive. We texted the owners a couple times for recommendations on restaurants and they provided a response within minutes. All great recommendations. There is a lot of great restaurant choices nearby. We would stay here again!

Great stay with family.

Five of us stayed at The Greenhouse for our annual Girls' Week. The rental exceeded all of our expectations! Exceptionally clean, comfortable, and spacious - and every accommodation was thought of by the owners - for humans and pets alike. What really bowled us over was the pool area - fabulous! Wonderfully located as well. We visited Williamsburg, Jamestown, Freedom Park with a botanical garden and plenty of walking trails, and the Virginia Capital Trail which extends from Jamestown to Richmond. The owners were extremely responsive - you could tell that they really cared about their guests' experience. We are already planning to return next year. Thank you!

Beautiful property and very cozy! Loved the fact it was Pet friendly and next door to Pet resort. Enjoyed the back yard with an in ground pool. We were able to book a stay for our dog while we went site seeing as a family.

A wonderful home in every way. Jil is a wonderful host, excellent communicator, and answered all our questions quickly and sincerely. The house is also in a great location, both quiet and very close to attractions and shopping. It's a great choice for a trip to Williamsburg and Jamestown. Lovely house with plenty of room to spread out and well situated for everything we wanted to do, including Jamestown, Busch Gardens, and William and Mary. The pool was a huge bonus and we enjoyed all the little touches like toilet paper, paper towels, and keurig cups. The kitchen was well stocked and parking was simple. We would come back!

Our stay was more amazing than expected! The house is BEAUTIFUL! The management was super easy and quick to get back to us! We will definitely be back!

This house is great. Clean, well-stocked, spacious and very conveniently located for trips into Williamsburg, Busch Gardens, Jamestown. It is important to note that the property the house is on also contains a busy dog kennel / daycare, as well as a tenant in the garage, apparently. Neither of these things were a problem for us at all, but it is something people should be aware of. If you are a light sleeper, please know that the cars and dogs next door start getting noisy by 7:00am. However, our stay was incredible and the house is quite private and very, very spacious and comfortable. It has avaerying you need, but is clutter-free of all the things you dont need. Great house for families or a girls' / guys' trip...the pool area, sunroom and bar are lovely. So easy to get to grocery, restaurants and entertainment.

My husband and I wanted to have a summer vacation with our infant for the first time. We also have a dog and we really wanted a place the four of us could enjoy together. We loved this home, it was exactly what we wanted! The house was clean and the pool was so much fun. They even had an infant float for the pool which was really nice. We enjoyed the distance to grocery stores and attractions, which was only 10 minutes away. It was nice to be secluded from the hustle and bustle. Thank you for an incredible stay!

Living in Va all our lives we've visited Williamsburg more times than I can count. This time though is the first time I decided to rent a house for my family of 4 rather than stay in a hotel. All I can say is it was 100% worth it. Most rentals in Williamsburg are timeshare and you just don't feel that homey feeling. So, renting this home was just what I was looking for.The hosts are wonderful and very responsive to any needs you may have. When they say you don't need to worry about bringing anything but your personals they're right. The house had all the essentials you'd have at home, plus more; my kids were especially fond of the snow cone maker. Their home is in a secluded off the beaten path but only 10 min from grocery stores, parks and lots of restaurant choices.Its also only within 20 min from all the attractions a family with young kids could want (water country & busch gardens, go ape ziplines, go karts & arcades, etc).Look no further, especially if you are traveling with a pet as they have a pet resort right next store and a gated backyard! I will note, from pool area you will hear pups barking when they are outside playing, but from inside the house you barely even notice. Not a bother for pup lovers like us, if anything we loved watching all the different kinds of pups getting dropped off.

The place was as advertised, very clean, and set up perfectly for us traveling with kids and dogs. Enjoyed the stay would return and highly recommend.

Great stay - appreciated that it was well stocked with towels, linens, kitchen items. We especially loved the pool. You will hear the dogs barking at the pet resort next door, but overall it didn't bother us and we liked watching the dogs arrive in the mornings. Would stay again!

We had a lovely stay! The house was wonderful and clean. Had everything we needed. We had a fantastic time relaxing. Jill was super easy to work with and very quick to respond.

I dont leave reviews usually but this was exactly the short break we needed with family.Loved the location as not far from food/shops and only 20minutes away from Busch Gatdens.Pool was awesome to relax in and the ability to bring our dog as well as an additionally offered dog walking service was nice.Beds were comfortable and master bathroom with big soak tub and double shower was fantasic.Communication with owner was also great.

Thank you, Jill & Jeff, for an absolutely perfect stay in your beautiful home! You are, by far, the most gracious hosts we’ve encountered in our many vacation rentals. We were in town to celebrate my son’s law school graduation, and you made our visit such a pleasure. Jill even left some graduation decorations for us to use. The home is immaculate! The kitchen and bathrooms are extremely well stocked – we didn’t lack for a thing. Beds were very comfortable (we always travel with our own pillows), and lots of throw blankets were available to use while enjoying the huge couch. There are two separate dining areas, each with a large table, a separate bar area with mini fridge, as well as a game/poker table. We used it all! And to top it off, a large in-ground pool with several seating areas in the fenced back yard. Lots of games, pool toys, beach towels & cornhole. What more could you ask for?? Want to bring your dog? Go for it! Two extra-large metal pet crates are available for your furry family members. Our dog, Remy, had a blast!The hosts went out of their way to make us comfortable and ensure we had everything we needed. Our stay was preceded by several days of heavy rain, and the patio furniture cushions had been subjected to the elements. Jill & Jeff came over the morning after our arrival to wash them down so they would be ready for us to use over the weekend. They even sprayed for wasps hiding in the patio umbrellas. If visiting Williamsburg, this is the place to stay!

We had a fantastic stay at the Greenhouse. I will say, if you're not a pet lover, do not stay here as it is right next to a boarding location. The owner also has a few adorable cats that will great you and show you some love.The location was perfectly placed-close enough to Williamsburg, but also far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Check-in was a breeze. The only concerns I would say is the water in the upstairs shower had an odder-maybe the head needs to be cleaned, and the air ducts looked like they could use a scrub. But other than that, the house was well stocked with coffee, blankets, toys, etc. J was very responsive and easy to talk to!I would highly recommend this to friends/family!

We were happy to come back to the Green House for our family get together. The house is perfect, as is the location. Thank you for a great relaxing time. Too bad the weather didn’t cooperate for a fun swim in the pool.

Met up with my adult kids and their partners for a few days together. Loved the location and the space. Loved that it is dog friendly. Home has everything you need, very well stocked and functional kitchen. Wish we had more time to spend there. Highly recommend this property.

This was a great rental! Clean, well-furnished and fun. It was quiet and comfortable but close to downtown and busch gardens for xmastown!

Not only was Jill incredibly helpful and responsive, the house and surrounding area was beautiful. I stayed with my family - two adults and three kids - and there was more than enough room for everyone. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked, and a blender and snowcone maker really made it fun. Highly recommend!

What a great long-weekend at The Greenhouse! The place was perfect for our friend group and associated furry friends. Super clean and very cozy. Nicely appointed bedrooms and common spaces with cool touches like the piano and poker table. We especially enjoyed the back patio and grounds - great to hang by the gas fireplace and pool (still open in October!!) after a day of exploring Williamsburg. Would definitely stay again!

This house was very nice. Although the location was somewhat isolated, it was private in a lovely setting. Did not take long to get to attractions. The backyard had everything—a pool, barbecue, fire pit, ample seating. The check-in, check-out process was easy, and the owners were very attentive to our needs. Definitely would recommend this property.

We loved our stay at the Green House at Green Springs! We found it to be very clean, spacious and welcoming. The pool area was exceptional. Though it is out away from the city, it is still close to everything there is to see and do in the Williamsburg area. Our stay was even better than we anticipated and we hope to return on our next visit to the area! Very pet friendly too and our pups enjoyed their stay, as well!

We loved the property, especially the pool, which we used a lot. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook, and we loved the poker table, which we also used. We had a great time.

The home was very clean and spacious. It is at a very good location where Williamsburg, Jamestown, Yorktown, good restaurants, churches etc. were not that far away. The house is at the end of the street which was very private. My husband went and played pickleball 4x with the locals and said that they were very friendly and gave him tips on great restaurants in the area, which we tried 2 that were very good. If you like history this is the place to be and places to see. Thank you Jill and Jeff for sharing your home.

House was beautiful and pool was great! Loved seeing the dogs arrive each day, so cute. Everything was wonderful.

Great property & Jill and her family do a great job of communicating with guests before, during, and after check-in. We had 5 non-related (college buddies from 35+ years ago) staying here, so sharing beds was out for our scenario - - but each bedroom sleeps 1 (if you’re not traveling with spouse / families, as was our case), and the couch slept our 5th. For a regular family trip, this house could easily sleep 2 couples, kids, etc. - ample space, clean, and well appointed. The kitchen is perfect for cook-in meals, and the pool is refreshing. I definitely recommend it!!!

The house was perfect for a Family Vacation! It was a 10 minute drive to Busch Gardens. The house was clean and well stocked with anything we could have possibly forgotten. My teenagers loved the pool and the selection of board games available! We had a great time and will be returning if we travel to Williamsburg again!

The location wasn't too far away from civilization but is pretty remote. Water pressure in the master bathroom is terrible and lost power for 12 hours after a storm. But the pool is nice. The dogs next door bark in the morning but it wasn't a deterrent. The house is comfortable.

The house was everything we wanted and more, very clean and well taken care of. Jeff and Jill thought of everything.

The house was great for our party of 6. Our host thought of everything when it came to the extras in the bathrooms. Kitchen was extremely well stocked with dishes, cookware, utensils. We had everything we needed and then some. We were pleasantly surprised to see farm fresh eggs waiting for us in the fridge as well as snacks on the bar in the kitchen! The pool was wonderful! Host even supplied beach towels and floats! Host was easy to reach when we needed her. Would definitely stay again if in the area,

We had a short mid-week stay, arriving late afternoon Weds and departing early Saturday morning. The property and house are lovely in a secluded setting next to the doggy day care facility. We enjoyed watching the pups come and go in the early morning from the front porch swing and visiting the turkeys! The house was very well equipped and clean, and we enjoyed relaxing at the pool in the evening. We visited Jamestown which was just minutes away and on a rainy Friday we enjoyed the house and relaxed.
