The Green getaway home plus pool in Wesley Chapel Florida

Because we spent most of our time at my parents' house, this house was fine for what it is. We were really just looking for a place to lay our heads. Check-in was easy. Communication was good. Beds were comfortable. However, we were disappointed that the listing didn't match our expectations in some regards. There was no pull-out sofa, just an airmattress and sleeping bags. No extra linens for the beds. We paid an additional fee because of our 7th guest, and they ended up sleeping on the couch!The king-size bed is so high off the ground that we had to use a step stool to get into it, and it was very inaccessible for a family member with mobility challenges, as is the rest of the house, which has multiple steps from room to room.The kitchen was bare. The standard glasses, plates, toaster, coffee pot, but none of the usual staples that I would expect in a VRBO rental. For example, there weren't even salt or sugar shakers. No Ice trays, dishwasher, laundry detergent, hand soap, etc.The backyard, though large, is very open with almost no privacy from the neighbors. The pool is built right on the fence line to the neighbors, with whom we were told to limit contact (not a great sign), so we never used any of the amenities.Overall, our stay was fine; we appreciated that it was close to our family, but we wouldn't recommend it as a destination.

The home is location was off the beaten path & surrounded by run down empty houses and trailers. The check in process was easy and the home was clean. However, we rented it based on the description on VRBO saying it was a 4 bedroom, but it was a 3 bedroom. One of the bathroom doors was locked shut. We called the owner out to find out where the 4th bedroom and 3rd bathroom were. She came by quickly and unlocked the bathroom. Tried to tell us that we could put the mattress (covered) in the garage on the floor of the family room and use that as a 4th bedroom. The online description also mentioned a pool, herb garden and fresh organic eggs from the chickens on property. The pool wasnt very clean, the hydroponic herb garden was nonexistent and the chickens had been moved.The owner did agree to refund one night of the 4 nights we had paid for. When we continued to question her about the description vs actual property, she said we could leave and she would refund our entire stay. Where would we go at that point?Overall, we were glad it was clean and the beds were comfortable (I have photos that wouldn't upload)

Wonderful setting to spend quality time with friends. House had everything we needed and with spacious areas we could all use. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Place is super nice and very spacious. Easy to find and our hosts were great with directions. It is a very clean and comfortable place to stay and would book it again.

Not a great neighborhood, but near the skydiving center we were visiting. House was very clean and large. A few things we didn't care for like uneven floors, foam mattress, and can't turn shower on without getting hit with cold water.would stay there again.

House very nice but quirky. Outside needs some attention. I think if it really been as described on the website we would have given our stay another star. But place was adequate and much better than using a hotel.

I travel alone and when I booked this home for a work getaway, I booked for 9 days. Thursday through the following Saturday. When arriving at the property on Thursday, I was not comfortable in the home after doing a walk through - the glass on the front door was clear, all of the shades on the windows allowed for seeing in at the bottom, the pool was right on the neighbors fence and the cover was removed. I immediately reached out to the host asking if there was any way to shorten my stay. Not cancel but shorten the stay because I was not comfortable and did not want to spend NINE days here. I reached out the Vrbo and they said that it would be up to the homeowner to agree. I begged multiple times for 2 days, asking for the stay to be shortened or for them to open up the home to see if it would be booked again. After 2 nights, I vacated the property, notifying them of my departure, asking again if they could please shorten the stay or open the days to see if they could get booked. The host never responded again. They had their money, no reason to work with me.

The house was very nice as described. Our daughter lives 10 minutes away so very convenient. It was a little chilly and rainey so we didn't spend time in the yard. Very nice fire pit but we did not see wood. There were plenty of pots and dishes. Everything we needed was there except I didn't see dish towels for the kitchen. Overall our stay was really nice and we would love to stay again. We would definitely recommend. Thankyou Raphelle

My husband and I flew in from out of state to meet our kids and grandkids from different states and reconnect with old friends. This house is spacious, in a quiet neighborhood and shopping places and church were easily accessible. We created precious memories that will last a lifetime. Thank you.

We had a fantastic time at Rachelle’s property. It was comfortable clean and had all the amenities you would need for a vacation rental. Would definitely recommend!
