Stayed Nov 18, 2025I have rented this same vacation suite many times when visiting Wesley Chapel. The location is perfect, clean and spacious, with comfy bed and nice kitchen area for cooking. Meets all my needs, price is right and it has it's own laundy area in private garage for your vehicle. Host is friendly, responsive and respectful.

Stayed Oct 2, 2025We're so happy to have found this listing! The private suite was just as described - very clean and comfortable and in a great location. It was very quiet and had a beautiful view of the pond. We appreciated being able to park in a private garage with the extra benefit of a washer and dryer. Our host, Dale, was quick to respond to all communications. We would highly recommend and would definitely try to book again on our next visit to Wesley Chapel.

Stayed Feb 17, 2025The accommodations were nice, comfortable and homelike. A very nice quiet area and we felt we had privacy. The stairs might be difficult for some, I don’t remember the listing indicating a flight of stairs. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you very much for meeting our needs.

Stayed Apr 10, 2024GPS directions slightly off but host quickly responded. The host stated he has tried to remedy that but could still be an issue. Amenities were great, bed was comfortable and nice towels. Quite neighborhood and would stay there again or recommend to others.

Stayed Mar 14, 2024This property is perfect for my extended visit to Wesley Chapel! Location is good and easy to access nearby shopping and restaurants. Secure parking for your vehicle is a bonus. Place is clean, comfortable and has a roomy bedroom area for relaxing and rest. Dale is a great host!
