We really enjoyed our stay here! House is easy to find, spotless and homey. The HUGE hot tub was a welvome hot dip after sightseeing.

It was exactly as described and clean. Nice quiet neighborhood and great access to Tampa and st. Pete. No hassles.

Great Tampa Bay bungalow, location was near bay side restaurants, easy access to Midtown, d-town and 30-40mins from St Pete’s and Clearwater (easy drives) the hot tub was delightful, the grill was simple to use, patio had a great vibes and house was very clean n well maintained. The Hosts thought of just about everything u could need and were quick to responses to questions. Group of 5 adults, had everything we needed and more, relaxed, enjoyed the amenities of the home and area w no issues. Would def recommend and book again.

This was a great place to stay while we were in Tampa Bay. The house and yard are beautiful and clean and a perfect place to relax and unwind each day. They provide everything you need to make it a relaxing, fun vacation/getaway. The hosts were very communicative throughout the entire process. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone coming to that area.

The house is beautiful and very well kept. It’s located in a quaint neighborhood and close enough to all main attractions Tampa has to offer. The amenities were more than enough for our family of 3. Highly recommend and will likely plan to stay again at The Great Escape.

We had a wonderful stay… this home was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and really well put together. Everything we needed was already there, which made things easy. The space felt comfortable and homey.The location was convenient, close to everything we wanted to do but still quiet enough to relax. Check-in and check-out were simple, no issues at all. The host was responsive and helpful. We would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a nice, stress-free place to stay.

Wonderful property. Had a small issue upon arrival (code wasn't working) so I called Paige and she was able to reset the code within a couple of minutes. Problem solved! The house is fantastic and incredibly well stocked especially with linens and towels. The screened in back patio and spa are real luxury features. Stayed two weeks and it felt like home. Only negative is that there isn't anything in walking distance. That said, we knew that going in so in no way were we disappointed. We prefer quiet over city living and it delivered on that. Also, everything you needed (Publix, Walgreens, restaurants, etc.) were in a very short drive away. Would definitely stay here again.

This was the most perfect VRBO experience that I have ever had. The home was beautiful and comfortable just like it was advertised. It had everything that you needed and more! The hot tub was so relaxing and perfect for a romantic getaway. If I could give it 6 stars, I would!

Very welcoming hosts who had left extra bottles of water, snack candies, and numerous 'comfy' home items. The 12 person hot tub/pool was the go to for relaxing on those days that we hit the 10,000 steps.

This place was one of the nicest Air B&B's I've ever stayed at. So much attention to detail so you had everything you needed. The property managers where very nice at checking in with us to see if we needed anything. We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay! The beds were SUPER comfortable, which is odd for most rentals. The house had a lot of special touches and things that made our stay even easier than excepted. The hot tub area was a little dirty but the hot tub after being a tourist all day was perfect for relaxing our sore feet and backs. The location was good for the places we visited.

The house was very spacious and well laid out. Everything was so clean, which is really important to us. It had all that we needed! The pool was wonderful! We had a very good time.

The place was perfect! Very clean, well maintained, easy check-in process and the hosts were great. The best part was the very large jacuzzi in the back screened in porch. We plan to keep this place on the list of places to stay next time we are in Tampa.

Beautiful beach getaway home with all the right touches. Communication was excellent with the owners and they were so nice throughout the whole process. The backyard is definitely the highlight, amazing hot tub and lounging area perfect for the end of the night or to start the day!

Great place that met all of our needs! We came to town to move our daughter into u if Tampa - great location from airport to city and everything in between. Neighborhood itself is dated and is the nicest house on the street - but in general felt safe and would return.

Great property to stay at!!! Well maintained and very clean. Check in process and check out instructions very easy to follow. Great and easy communication with both owners and property manager. In communication with owners, they respond in a very timely fashion which is appreciated when you are not from the area and have questions. The rooms were well maintained and felt like “home”. Various amenities available in case you may forget something during your stay. Backyard hot tub was wonderful and very inviting after a long day! The small details that the owners/property manager put into the property is noticed and very much appreciated. Property is nearby restaurants, super Walmart, and supermarkets but car is necessary to get to it easily. Thank you for making our stay welcoming, comfortable and home away from home. 100 percent we would stay again!

The home was just as advertised, spotless and centrally located to everywhere we needed to go! It was perfect for our family of five. Clearwater beach was about a 45 minute ride with traffic. The access to beach toys and chairs was a plus. Beautiful screened in patio with hot tub. The public pool being 5 mins away was a plus as well. We would definitely stay here again if we visit Tampa again.

We had a great time at the concert and a great time at the house the day after. House is very nice well-kept and updated. We definitely would recommend to others.

This cute little house was so adorable, decorated so pretty. It was clean & cozy plus excellent location to all fun things in Tampa and the surrounding areas. Tampa zoo, Florida aquarium, Busch Gardens. Legoland was a little over an hour away. which wasn’t bad at all. Clearwater beach within 40 minutes….we couldn’t have been more pleased with choosing this property. Super quiet neighborhood. Beds were cozy. Owners and host is very attentive and quick to respond. We had a great vacation!

Beautiful home that is well taken care of. The owners have done a great job of making the place a home away from home. Very clean and comfortable. The check-in process was a breeze, even accommodating us for a last minute extra night. The location is super convenient for city exploration. Can't wait for our next stay there!

My wife and I have used rentals from various platforms for years. A few have stood above the rest. Our stay here at Michael and Paige's beautiful bungalow lands at the top!Everything was perfect. Beautiful house, beautiful decorating, everything you would want – including things that you might have forgotten to pack.What a joy to sit for morning coffee or evening drinks in the screened back porch. Connect your phone to the speakers and soak in the hot tub. Wonderful!The beds were comfortable, having a washer and dryer was great! If you are going to Tampa for any reason, I would highly, highly recommend this property.

We were there for a month and it is a clean,well equipped and furnished house that made you feel like you were home. Furniture is very comfortable. The property managers are excellent to deal with on any issues that may come up. We are planning on a return visit.

This is a wonderful home, they have provided any and everything you could possibly want or need. The enclosed backyard with the spa pool is a great place to sit in the morning and drink your coffee or relax in the pool after a day of sightseeing. Chelsea was wonderful checking in with us when we arrived and available anytime we had questions. We will definitely be back!!

Three of us stayed for one week in February. The home was immaculate. We enjoyed the swim spa after long days of shopping and the beach. Everything down to the plush blankets and French press was impressive. It was a pleasure having things like beach towels, bags, coolers, chairs…available to use during outings. From the time we arrived until the end of our stay we were constantly surprised by the attention to detail and concern for our comfort. Nothing could have been improved upon, and we appreciated the thoughtful gestures of an arrival gift, warm cuddly bathrobes and the very well equipped kitchen.A five Star experience!

This was exactly what we needed for a great weekend in Tampa. Well kept pack n play. They had lots of cooking supplies and children’s utensils. Very responsive. No hurricane damage. Sweet welcome gift upon arrival.
