This place was absolutely amazing! Cute and cozy on the inside and the hot tub was perfect! It was our anniversary and out of the kindness of the hosts hearts we were welcomed by a bottle of wine and a sweet note. We will definitely be going back in the future!

My wife and I stay at the Grape Escape to celebrate out anniversary, and it was wonderful. The hot tube is a great addition, and the home was extremely clean and well kept. We will stay here again.

We enjoyed our visit to the Grape Escape. This is a beautiful and cozy home. The host was very responsive and welcoming. The home is beautiful, well decorated. The beds are comfortable and the entire home is set up to you to enjoy your visit. The home is packed with any essentials you may need. It’s also located a short drive or uber ride to Main Street. The hot tub shed is such a wonderful spot to end the day after shopping and visiting wineries. Perfect for relaxation. The host even left a bottle of wine for us to enjoy as we were visiting for my birthday. 10/10 experience.

The Grape Escape was the PERFECT place for our Fredericksburg trip over Thanksgiving! Here's a few of our favorite highlights: Every amenity you can imagine is available Spa room made the perfect hang out spot Books were enjoyed by the firepit Beds are INCREDIBLY comfortable Kitchen was equipped for all our cooking needs Host was very accessible and quick to reply Outdoor table was perfectly positioned for shade in the afternoon sun It's just a few minutes from downtown fun and groceries Kids loved the yard games There were zero issues with hvac, electric, plumbing, etc One of my favorites is that everything was labeled so we had no trouble navigating the property The decororations made it feel like home; nothing genericThanks for hosting such a great experience for our family!!

We absolutely loved this house, so cozy and clean, and the beds were very comfortable for a change. And Richard was beyond helping with whatever we needed it, great host!

We really enjoyed our stay- it was a quick stay, we wish we had more time to stay and enjoy the backyard and hot tub. Everything was very clean and orderly and the gal decor was such a sweet touch! We will be back, for sure!

Easy to find, good location, great host.

This property was just perfect for 4 girls that wanted to get away for some relaxation, wine and shopping. It was so clean and well stocked and organized with everything. The beds were so comfortable. And the outside ..... Amazing! We enjoyed sitting outside in the morning with coffee and in the evening with wine. The hot tub was very inviting after a long day of shopping in town. Close to everything, yet so quiet at night. We had a wonderful time. Thank you!

We had such a wonderful stay. The home is beautiful and my kids LOVED the backyard and hot tub. We definitely hope to come back. This has nothing to do with the home itself but wanted to include in case it might be helpful to people planning a trip, if you are hoping to do Enchanted Rock and are going during a busier time (it was spring break for us) make reservations early. We tried the week of and they were sold out. We ended up doing Lady Bird Municipal Park which was great, but we were bummed to miss out on Enchanted Rock.

This is a great house that has some nice extras even though the weather was so cold we didn’t get to enjoy most of them outside, but the hot tub and fireplace we definitely took advantage of! Close to town but nice and quiet. Owners were great and quick in responding to one little thing we needed answered. Overall a super good time and the house was clean and was really enjoyable! We had a great time. We enjoyed the cute home; the ambiance was great, and the spa just topped it off. it was the perfect place to unwind and relax after a day of wine tours! We will definitely be back!!

The Grape Escape beat our expectations by far! Absolutely amazing and stunning property. Enjoyed picking up pecans up (great memories with my grandpa) front of the house. It was very clean, beautifully decorated, and had a very luxurious, modern feel. It made the stay very stress-free, comfortable, and cozy. The check-in process was super easy, and it's pretty close to shops/restaurants, but a little outside the city which makes it quiet and peaceful. We were greeted with a snack basket and a bottle of wine. The place was exactly as pictured down to the details. My wife and I loved the indoor hot tub, and we are already thinking of doing the same at our ranch! The king-sized bed was like heaven so overall, the rental was perfect! Richard, the owner, was a great communicator. We will stay here every single time next time we go back to Fredericksburg! Thank you for the perfect weekend getaway!

My husband and I stayed here for our 29th anniversary. It was perfect! The house is comfortable and completely stocked with all our needs!

I would describe this property as clean, well equipped, updated, and in a quiet neighborhood. Just a few blocks from Main Street, its a short drive to the restaurants and stores.

Very enjoyable and accommodating. The hot tub needs to be more than 90 degrees. W didn't get to experience that because it was too cold for us. The only negative.

This VRBO was phenomenal. We booked it last minute (like within 24 hours of us arriving) and the hosts were great. The house was in a cute little neighborhood, it had an old time feel on the outside but the inside was more modern. Super cute. Our favorite part was the separate spa house outside the back door. So relaxing. Great way to spend the evening after walking downtown all day. We will definitely keep this place in mind for our next trip there!

So impressed by the cleanliness, decor, overall ambiance of the home inside and back yard plus spa room w great sitting and tv. Grateful also for making it a special bday weekend for us. We will definitely return.

Enjoyed our stay. Didn't spend a lot of time at the residence but the time we did spend there was enjoyable. Residence was very clean and accessible with one of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in.
