The Grand View-Gorgeous townhome and views, 5 min to Silver Lake Lodge & Stein

HIGHLY recommend the Grand-View! Location is perfect proximity to the historic downtown area with plenty of shopping and restaurants to choose from. The property was clean, well-managed, beautiful view, plenty of room and everything worked (no issues). Check-in and out was easy. We would definitely stay there again.

Second time staying here for skiing, it’s that good! Location, Location, Location! Walk to slopes! Beautiful windows to watch the snow fall, kitchen set up for everything you need, comfortable beds, clean, exactly as pictured. Perfection!

What a wonderful place! The Grand View has just about anything you can think of available to you. The location was great for skiing. We had a couple of questions and the owners were VERY quick to respond to help us out. We are planning a return trip next year and will book The Grand View again!

The Grand View is a glorious condo with sweeping views of Deer Valley. Aspen and birch trees also provide cozy privacy for a huge ground floor window bench, as well as the downstairs hot tub. The grand room is open and sun-filled and has lots of seating options - perfect for a family and would also be wonderful for hosting a big group. The layout is great and the attached carpeted garage for ski storage is a major bonus. As a very frequent vrbo renter of ski houses, I was impressed by the ease of use the owners have provided for renters. The owners are professional, friendly, responsive and have clearly focused on making the renter experience easy and streamlined. Furthermore, you cant beat the mid-mountain location and a short walk from the Stein Eriksen Lodge and Silver Lake Lodge and Express lift.

Perfect in all ways. Close enough to walk to the lift, big enough for 9 guys, and all the amenities for a comfortable weekend. Plus the Hot Tub was exactly what was necessary after a day on the slopes.

The kitchen was fully equipped with plenty of towels. Everything was very clean and nice hot tub. Highly recommended property.

The house was very well appointed and its a perfect location for Silver Lake. Easy walk to the lifts and restaraunts. We had a lovely stay and would definitely return. Cant wait for our next trip!

Great house. Well appointed with all the comforts of home. Easy stroll to slopes. Garage was a great staging area for starting and finishing the day with ski equipment.

We loved our stay at The Grand View! Everything was spotless, the kitchen was nicely stocked, and it was a convenient location in relation to the Deer Valley Ski Resort. The hot tub was a family favorite.

Wonderful property and perfect location for us as we attended a wedding at the Stein Eriksen Lodge, which was only a five minute walk. Sharlene was very responsive and we enjoyed our stay.

This is our third visit to Grand View. The property is just as listed on VRBO. Everything was clean and spotless when we arrived. Hot tub was clean and hot. Plenty of towels. Great kitchen and cooking accessories.Grand View is a very quiet place when we visit. One can easily walk to Stein Erikson’s and the lift base.Sharlene is a great host.Looking forward to returning soon.

The Grandview is an awesome property, great location, and with terrific hosts. The property was very well provisioned, it was super clean, and all of the rooms were thoughtfully furnished to make our vacation stay perfect. We would gladly and look forward to staying there again.

This location was beautiful and the townhome was very thoughtfully stocked, decorated, and prepared for our arrival. Everyone felt immediately comfortable. Love the walking distance to deer valley. We stayed in the summer and this would also be perfect for a winter stay. The aspens surrounding the property would also be a treat in the fall. Recommend for any season. Communication with host was excellent. Recommend this stay! Planning our next trip back already.

Nice setting, the property is nice (if everything had worked), but they false advertised saying there was a community pool, didn't tell you it was being torn out. Jack hammering everyday, very loud, no other pool to use. Told to drive 40 minutes and pay 50 per person for pool usage. Broken dishwasher due to blown circuit which which could have caught fire, master bd., TV quit after 1st day. Owners told multiple times, said they would make it up to us, then ghosted us. Complaint filed with Vrbo and fire department. Many other good properties around with higher character owners

We stayed here with our family and it was perfect. We had ample places to stay with our four adult sons, their spouses and two babies. We loved the large dining table to eat, work or play games at. The property is beautiful and located near lots of hiking trails. It is a short drive in to town. The hosts were responsive whenever we reached out to them. It was a great place!

The Grand View could not have been better for our stay in Park City. In all my travels, I have never seen a more well stocked kitchen! The views were stunning, and the house was clean and spacious. Communication with the owner was quick and instructions for check in and check out as well as information about the house was easy and detailed. Though we didn't need it, there were accommodations for infants/toddlers there. When we go back to Park City, we'll definitely go back there. We didn't want to be in the middle of town, so this was a great location for us. It was an easy drive into town, but the house itself had the views we wanted.

Fantastic place. Nothing left out. Spacious, updated, if you need it, it’s there. We loved the garage/ski prep room, the hot tub, the walk to Silver Lake lifts, the town buss stop at the end of the drive, the spectacular windows and views, the 4 bathrooms, the 100% full service kitchen, and the very thoughtful and tasteful interior design. (How did you get the “2____ bar/fireplace iron fixture in there!)Thank you, and highly recommend the Grand View

The Grand View was perfect for our group of ladies. When we arrived, check-in was a breeze and the house was very clean. Our group felt safe in the community and it was a real plus that park city shops were just a few minutes away by uber (they also have a free shuttle). Sharlene was just a text away if you needed anything. I would definitely recommend Sharlene’s home if you’re looking for an upscale feel along with being close to town!

We had a wonderful experience at this property. A lot of space to spread out. My kids had to work while on vacation and were able to take advantage of office set up. The house was well stocked and very comfortable. We would absolutely return to this property!

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. This is an excellent location - a 5 min walk to the Deer Valley Silver Lake Lodge (where they store your skis and boots overnight for free) and a 5 min drive to downtown Park City. This townhome is very well furnished and appointed. It has one of the best stocked kitchens we’ve experienced. The host was very responsive and checkin was a breeze. We highly recommend and would stay in this home again.

We had such a wonderful time staying at the Grand View at Little Belle!! It is an absolutely gorgeous home, and was super well stocked. We were surprised by all the available amenities, and it was easy to settle in. A great location for our family’s winter break - short walk to the slopes, easy access to Park City. Plus enough room for kids and adults to spread out, play games etc. definitely recommend!

Our family of 7 had an amazing ski vacation at Grand View. The owners have addressed every detail for their guests. The property exceeded our expectations. Stunning views from the large family room windows. Just at short 5 minute walk to the Deer Valley Silver Lake ski area. Short ride to Main Street. Sharlene was accommodating and responsive. Not sure the check in/out process could be any easier. A 5 Star rating would not be enough!!Can't wait to come back. Thanks Sharlene and family for sharing your incredible home!

This house is equipped with everything. The house has two separate living areas that provided space for everyone. Absolutely the best VRBO experience I have ever had!

House is beautiful and a great location. It was stocked with pretty much anything you might need, which is so nice. We were there in the fall, can’t imagine how pretty it would be in the winter. Enjoyed every minute we were there!
