Stayed Nov 12, 2025The exterior of the home is cluttered and needs attention (old welcome mats, weeds in the landscaping, mismatched porch chairs). The interior is clean but needs a deep cleaning. Light-switch covers are dirty, kitchen appliances and light fixtures are dirty. All of the towels smelled of mildew. Water pressure was very low and water temperature was inconsistent. Beds are comfortable but sheets are cheap and there are not bed blankets besides a sheet and comforter. Bedrooms were stuffy with the doors closed at night and fans were scarce. Interior temperature was hard to regulate even with 2 systems. The house met our needs with the number of bathrooms and bedrooms so we made it work. But unfortunately we would not return.

Stayed Mar 19, 2021This house was fantastic. We had 4 couples meeting in raleigh for my husband’s retirement party. There was more than enough space for us And we enjoyed having the pool/ping pong table and outdoor space to hangout. The house was clean and comfortable and required amenities were provided. We would recommend this property for anyone looking for a group outing or getaway. Short drive to downtown raleigh, as well

Stayed Sep 26, 2019So the house was great, plenty big enough for our group. The location of the neighbor was a short drive to all of our reservations in Raleigh. The house looks like a re-build or a re-model compared to the rest of the neighborhood. Our stay was great and everything worked out perfectly.
