Due to fluctuating water levels, sometimes this home offers lakefront access but not always. Currently, lake levels are low, and guestscan expect a 10 minute walk to access the lake.

Located on Lake Buchanan in a country setting approximately 1.5 hours northwest of Austin Bergstrom Airport (driving times can vary depending on traffic/routes taken), this well-appointed home with its fully equipped kitchen has practically everything you need for a relaxing vacation and refreshing change-of-scenery, including:

- Laptop-friendly workspace in the primary bedroom with a desk and chair

- Comfortable queen bed in the primary bedroom with a twin roll-away bed in the closet and a full size futon; bunkroom has set of full bunkbeds with full trundle and a set of twin bunkbeds; and the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed with a twin roll-away bed in the closet, all featuring luxurious linens & oh-so-fluffy bed pillows (choose soft, firm, or both!)

Items of Note
Regarding pets, pet fees are $125 + $20/pet/night + any applicable taxes. This will be charged through Airbnb. We ask that you only bring well-behaved pets who are house-trained :) You are responsible for picking up after any pet brought to the property, any damage or disturbance caused by pets, and accept all liability for incidents involving pets. This property is not fenced, and your pets must not go on neighboring properties. Thank you!

Guest limits: This property has a guest limit of 8 standard and 12 maximum. Extra guest fees apply beyond standard occupancy.

Additional Details:
- Ask about boat rental or bring your own boat.
- The water level is still very low at Lake Buchanan. It does not currently come up to the property, and the pier is on dry land. Guests can expect a 5-10 minute walk to the water.
- You may encounter wildlife on the property. We've seen deer, armadillos, fish, turtles, snakes, birds, etc. Enjoy but be careful and stay on the property at your own risk.

-Enjoy rural Texas Hill Country in this small community on the lake. Llano County Park and Public Boat Ramp is 2.4 miles from the home, and Hooks Bar, a popular local bar, is a 4 minute drive from the property.
