This full-property option includes both the main home and the lower-level basement suite, sleeping up to 24 guests with two kitchens, five bathrooms, a private sauna, and multiple living spaces for everyone to spread out and reconnect.

Family Bunk Room (main floor) – Three queen beds each topped with a twin, creating generous sleeping space for families, kids, and friends. Shares easy access to a nearby full bathroom.



King Retreat (upstairs) – King bed with a cozy twin alcove for an additional sleeper. A peaceful upstairs haven with convenient access to the shared upstairs bath.



Second King Bedroom (upstairs) – Another spacious king bedroom tucked upstairs, ideal for couples or older kids who want their own quiet space. Shares the full upstairs bathroom.



Kids’ Nook (main floor) – Twin bed with trundle, close to the main living areas and a nearby full bath — great for younger guests or anyone who prefers fewer stairs.



Basement Bedroom 1 (lower level) – Comfortable king bedroom in the lower-level suite, offering a quiet, more secluded space. Enjoy easy access to one of the two full bathrooms in the basement.

Basement Kitchen that’s ideal for early risers, night owls, or separate family units. Prep snacks, brunch, or game-day spreads without interrupting the flow upstairs.



The great room upstairs has soaring windows, two oversized sectionals, and a dramatic stone fireplace — the natural gathering space after a day outdoors. Downstairs, the basement living area adds another hangout zone with a pool table and comfortable seating, so the group can split up between quiet conversation, movies, and friendly competition.

Booking the full Grand — main home plus basement suite — gives your group maximum space, flexibility, and comfort. Multiple living areas, two kitchens, five bathrooms, and seven bedrooms make it easy for everyone to relax on their own schedule and still come together to connect.



This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and security deposit. We know security deposits are annoying, so to make it easier on you we have 2 options that you can choose between:



Option 1: Damage Waiver ($80) - Have a worry-free stay with coverage for up to $3000 for accidental damage (spills, breaks, mishaps) with no surprise charges. Just relax and enjoy your stay. Coverage up to 10 nights, +$15/day for longer stays, and provided by a third-party insurance company



Option 2: Security Deposit ($3,000) - Refundable temporary hold that releases after your stay.
