Stayed Jan 3, 1What a delightful place, spotlessly clean providing everything you need for your stay. It is idyllic waking up to fields all around and knowing the dog was safe both front and back. It is a great base to get to different places, would recommend to anyone fantastic place. Already looking at going back. Thank you to Jan at Anglesey lettings for finding it for us.

Stayed Jan 3, 1We had a lovely week at 'The Granary,' the host and the Anglesey Holiday Lettings team are fantastic. The cottage is very comfortable with all you need for a great stay. One of our favourite places.

Stayed Jan 3, 1Nice peaceful location and would stay here again. Family 2 adults and 2 kids plus dog. Would be a bit cramped with 5. House was nice and clean and had most things needed. 10 minute walk to shop through sheep field over a bridge style which was tricky with a dog. Other walk from the house south towards beaches and along the main road. Field opposite good for kids to play football and dog to sniff around. Good arrival info provided. Good WiFi. Plenty of towels. Even better ifs….bigger fridge freezer as it’s tiny for stays longer than a night! House is all electric so shower small and a dribble of water but it works ok. Beds too soft for me but that’s subjective so may be fine for others. You will stub your toes regularly on the kitchen bench!

Stayed Jan 1, 1Thank you we had a very relaxing 2 week break at the Granary. We found it to be in a perfect location for us to visit many of the beaches and stunning landscapes of Anglesey. If we had any queries then they were promptly dealt with by Anglesey Holiday Lettings even when we had to call on a Saturday afternoon. The farmer was very helpful at offering assistance when we had a tyre blow out!

Stayed Jan 1, 1We really enjoyed our stay at The Granary. Great location for us attending a weekend motorsport event at Trac Mon. The cottage is of a generous size, spotlessly clean and good facilities. An excellent welcome pack greeted us, which was most appreciated as we had forgotten to pick up milk on our way! Yes, the property is on the flight path to RAF Valley. But in all honesty, it's hardly a big deal. You get fast RAF jets all round that area of north Wales anyway. The trains running past, you barely hear. And yes, you can hear a bit of the motor racing if there is anything going on at Trac Mon. It really didn't bother us. It really is a beautiful location. Excellent, well paved driveway to the properties as well. Just one very minor comment, for a property that sleeps 5 people, the fridge/freezer is a tad on the small side. We only had 3 guests for 4 nights, so just about coped. We would not hesitate in booking again. Thank you for the stay!

Stayed Jan 3, 1Our family of five had a lovely stay at this great cottage. It was clean, comfortable and surrounded by beautiful open countryside. We really enjoyed exploring the local area - so many amazing beaches, lighthouses, castles and wonderful holiday memories - and the cottage was a perfect base for our adventures in Anglesey and North Wales.

Stayed Jan 3, 1Although well presented, it was ill equipped for our long off peak stay. Nothing to use to cook in the oven save for the small grill pan (which was greasy from previous use).Tiny fridge and with door that needs switching to left hinge.. The low back sofa wasn’t comfortable for evenings in, the rustic table and benches were far too big for the space, heavy and rough to handle. The shower pressure was weak. We really missed a king-sized bed. We were offered mid stay service but it didn’t happen despite housekeeping anttending to units on either side on several occasions. That said the owners we encountered busy on the other buildings were welcoming and considerate. The atmosphere was relaxing and in a beautiful position.- if you don’t mind the daily fly by of RAF fighter jets..

Stayed Jan 1, 1Enjoyed our dog friendly holiday at the granary in Anglesey. The area around our accomodation was lovely and peaceful, farmland and not too far from the beach at Rossneiger. We had everything we needed in the cottage, all the cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery and a nice welcome tray plus a few treats for our dog too. The owner was really pleasant and welcoming, we were happy with everything from the comfy beds to the enclosed small rear garden, safe for the dog. You could also exercise your dog in the field opposite and there where lots of lovely walks around the area. It was a good base to explore all the island, just a short drive from the Express way. We would deffinatly visit the property again. We was lucky with the weather especially at the time of year we visited but it was made more comfortable as the accommodation was nice, warm and homely.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969What a beautiful cottage and location. The table in the yard at the back was brilliant, on the last night we even got to watch the jets on training while having our dinner, most nights we watched the bats flying around too. Everything you could need for your stay, location is close to so many of our favourite places in Anglesey. Decorated beautifully and very welcoming with milk and biscuits provided on arrival, hand wash, washing up liquid, cleaning spray, everything was included. The only slight negative is the cleanliness, the vacuum smells really bad when you turn it on, the mop left more bits on the floor than cleaning it and odds bit around the property could do with a bit more deeper clean. It wouldn’t stop us returning though, we’ll be back next summer. What a lovely place to stay and very reasonable for the money we paid.
