Stayed Jun 11, 2025no extra linen or blankets sewer smell outside could not enjoy front porch or deck in backyard no access to back door or basement had to park in back and walk up a hill it was hard for my sister not ADA people with disabilities toilet clogged for one day seems like septic tank needs to be cleaned

Stayed Sep 3, 2025The house is great, but not for elderly people. The parking is not so great, but it worked. We had enough dishes and towels, a little short on wash cloths.

Stayed May 29, 2025Was a fantastic 4 day away short trip for my small family. Rental was perfect and had everything we needed in a great area to enjoy all that Clarksville/ Nashville had to offer.

Stayed Dec 24, 2024House was perfect. There’s 2 AC units (one upstairs and one downstairs). Master is downstairs with large closet and full bath which was nice because my parents are older, they didn’t have to go up and down the stairs. There’s also a half bath downstairs which was very convenient. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed plus a few nice surprises! Beds were very comfortable and place appeared to be new and of modern style. My only disappointment was the location. Depending on the way “maps” will bring you in, you’re either traveling through a not so great area, or you’re traveling through a really nice area. The house is located in the nicer area but can bring some hesitation when driving at night. We had zero issues and never felt in harms way, and ultimately the house was perfect and we would stay there again!

Stayed Nov 26, 2024Great Thanksgiving get together with our children! Just family fun and laughter! The place was great and in a good location for us. Very clean and just a beautiful home all together! Would recommend anyone needing a place to stay here!

Stayed Jan 13, 2024We enjoyed our stay! We had to visit extended family for a week and some of us drove in from Nashville. Anything we needed, the owner responded right away and was helpful. Comfortable and clean home. Location was convenient to downtown Clarksville. We highly recommend! Thank you!
