The Gotti Ranch/ Gameroom/ Pool/ Gym/ Theater/ Tiki bar/ Mariokart/ Hot tub

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. We had a relaxing stay for the most part and enjoyed the many amenities the home had to offer. The Only complaint/frustration we are had is that the pool was quite chilly yet (which it did say it wasn’t heated), and the water slide, fountains, bubblers, etc weren’t working upon arrival. The owner was quick to get someone out to fix but, problem it did happen again towards end of week. Pool was also filled with leaves and debris and we couldn’t find pool skimmer so we purchased one and cleaned it ourselves. The hottub was also cold, after asking owner how to adjust I was told the pool maintenance would take care of it when they came out. When they arrived, they didn’t know how to adjust temp and said they just change filter and clean…which apparently hadn’t been done in awhile either because the water did have a slight stink to it. I ended up finally figuring it out myself, so I feel like we lost at-least 2 days of the 5 days utilizing the outdoor area. Which was the whole reason we were drawn to the property, considering we came all the way from Michigan where our winters can be quite long and brutal.

This is our second time staying here. We absolutely love it. We have many relatives in the area and we were able to have a get together with plenty of room and lots of fun! House was very clean and organized both times. The owner was very easy to get a hold of and quick to respond. Great place!

This was a perfect place for a company party. Very clean and spacious with lots of fun games.

This was a great property to have our family function. Very clean, spacious and a lot of activities available for the guests. Good location and easy to get around to other functions in the area. I would differently use this property again and recommend to anyone.

Great venue to relax with bridal party the night before the wedding and with family after the wedding. Close to the venue, lots of activities for all personality types. Awesome atmosphere.

My son and his groomsmen had a wonderful time and your house is beautiful. The only problem we had was the communication. I wish we had known the address earlier so my son could have put it in his wedding itinerary. Also, it would have been nice to have the entry to the house earlier (like 24 hours before check in). I had to check my email every 30 minutes to see if I got the code yet.

This home was fully stocked and spacious for us. We had co workers get together for a Christmas party. Everyone had room to spread out and enjoy everything it had to offer!

This place was amazing to stay at, definitely made me relax and unwind. The outside is like a mini resort, with a tiki bar and lots of games to play with friends. I really liked how there was an outside bathroom and an outside fridge. So we didn’t have to keep on going in and out while relaxing outside. Bonus points was there was a hairdryer and Hair straightener. And I forgot my straightener, so it definitely was a life saver.

We had a wonderful time! Tons of room and games for everyone! The backyard was like a paradise! Palm trees and an amazing pool! Tvs! And a Tiki Bar! I cannot wait to stay here again! Super clean place. The property manage was amazing to deal with also! HUGE YARD!
