The Gorgeous Newly Built Chateau Merlot in the village #RENTAL2022-00002

This was a great place to stay. Plenty of bathrooms and community space for everyone to gather together. Kitchen stocked with plenty of pots, pans, cooking utensils, and even a crockpot and toaster. Bring your own cooking oils and basics. There is a spice rack, but no cooking oils and such. But there is a grocery store .5 miles away. Walkable to Ellicottville, and 5 minutes from Holiday Valley. We would highly recommend this for your next trip if you are traveling with multiple couples and a few kids.

Chateau Merlot was exactly as the listing described it! Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and living space for our annual family gathering. Very close to the center of town, but plenty of rolling green hills as well. The owner was easy to contact and quick to respond. Thank you so much for an easy and wonderful stay! :)

This property was amazing! Super clean and comfortable. Great for large or multiple families. House was stocked well with everything you need. Location was prime with short walk to town/shops and a few minute drive to the ski resort. I would definitely go back! A

Short convenient drive to downtown. Facility was well stocked. Wonderful open floor plan where everyone felt connected at all times. Great for a family getaway for multi-generations. We had a wonderful time.

The place was clean and really nice especially that there were no stairs. Only issues were there were not enough hand towels in the bathrooms and sitting in the living room was a bit uncomfortable as there was nothing to put our legs up on. Maybe if we were all in our 20's it would be fine but we're all over 55. Overall we liked it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Chateu Merlot. We did not realize it was connected to other VRBOs listings until we got there, meaning we did not realize it wasn’t a stand alone building, but there were no issues with noise or other guests. The property and space was very clean and perfect for our group.
