Kitchen + Dining: Fully equipped with a full-size refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, cookware, dishes and drip coffee maker, plus a dining area for enjoying meals together.



Living Room: Kick back on the leather sofa or recliner, enjoy the bright Good Vibes atmosphere and stream your favorites on the 60 Smart TV.



Laundry: LG washer + dryer, iron, ironing board and complimentary detergent for a few loads.

We're professional musicians and spend much of the year touring the country with our band, The Imaginaries. After years of traveling and staying in short-term rentals ourselves, we learned firsthand how much a clean, comfortable and welcoming place can mean when you're away from home.

✹ Dogs: Up to 2 dogs are welcome. A $50 pet fee per dog, per stay applies. Please let us know in advance if you'll be traveling with your pup(s).



✹ Security Deposit: A $150 security deposit authorization hold is required for all reservations and is processed securely through our property management system. This is a temporary hold—not a charge—and is released after your stay provided there is no damage and house rules are followed.



✹ Cancellation Policy: Reservations are non-refundable. If your plans change, we'll do our best to help reschedule your stay for another available date, subject to availability. We recommend purchasing travel insurance for unexpected cancellations.
