5-STAR REVIEW:A wonderful rental with ideal location. This home was perfect for our family. Various high-end entertaining areas that worked great for our multi-generational gathering. Comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, easy communication with the hosts.

This place was wonderful! They thought of everything - there was even an incredible gift basket waiting for us when we arrived!!!

You cannot beat the location of this property. Opposite the park, walk to the ferry landing, city views, little beaches easy proximity. No need to even head to the Del area! Top floor has hot tub and sun area, next level is seating deck/ LR/kitchen/ dining and a WC. Next floor is 2 bedrooms with closets and 1 bedroom without a closet - all served by 1 bathroom. This floor also has spacious master suite with huge closet area and bathroom. The lowest floor has a room with triple bunks and 2 mattresses, theatre seating and a big TV. There is a bathroom off. Our grandkids loved having their own area downstairs . It was great when we were organising meals to have them play down there. The house also features a lovely reading nook on the main bedroom area. This a popular listing and if it’s available and you are looking for a multi generational option- it’s great. We had 6 adults and 4 kids ages 3-8. We had some maintenance issues which the host responded to promptly. She was super responsive and tried to offer solutions.We were worried with the property being ultra modern and a 3 year old but he did really well with stairs and everyone had a fabulous time.

This place is every bit as beautiful in person as it is in the pictures. We had a little hiccup with some construction on an adjacent building but the host was amazing and accomodated us well.

We enjoyed our stay once we found how to get in.

My family and I were visiting Coronado for about 6 days. The location of the house was excellent for groceries, restaurants coffee shops and bars. We had a car, but you can literally walk safely to anywhere including the Hotel Del. The house was spacious enough for all 8 of us to have privacy but still provide several common areas to gather around and hang out with a spectacular view. Highly recommend this house for visitors!

It was perfect for trip to convention center

This was a lovely, well located, and luxury retreat for me and my team. The place was clean and ready to go when we arrived. The host was communicative during our stay and helped us get anything we needed sorted!

We love Coronado Island. This place was a great location on the island. Close to restaurants, shopping and the bay. There was plenty of space for our family. We enjoyed the views from the deck and all the beach toys and bikes in the garage.

The home is beautiful, and you can’t beat the views. The house met all our needs. There are lots of beach toys and bikes we enjoyed. The location is right next to great restaurants and the beach. Everyone had a great time. We made some great memories and got some amazing photos!

Upon arriving, we immediately noticed how unclean the unit was. Filthy refrigerator, with sticky used condiment bottles that were mostly expired by several weeks, bathrooms appeared to have not been cleaned for months, spots on floors, and the kitchen sink was filthy. Bedding did not smell clean or recently laundered. This was so bad that I went to the hardware store nearby and bought cleaning supplies and we literally spent our first four hours (five adults) cleaning the kitchen, bathrooms and laundering all the bedding. We did little more than shower and sleep in the unit, because we were so turned off by the filth…basically just dirty, unclean and no regard for the tenants experience. I would highly recommend passing on this unit and looking elsewhere.
