Stayed Jul 25, 2025Great stay for our sibling reunion. Clause to canoeing and kayaking. We went to Higgins Lake for picnic. The house was well stocked, just needed an extra hand towel in bath rooms. Great for our family of 10.

Stayed Nov 29, 2024From check in to check out we had an amazing experience during our stay. The house is super cozy and kitchen was fully equipped for cooking our breakfasts and dinners. The backyard had a fireplace that looked beautiful with lights surrounding the whole yard. 10 stars for sure on this location.

Stayed Jul 12, 2024I booked this trip for myself, my parents (seniors) and my two teens. The property was spacious, clean, well-appointed, with an open layout. The shared spaces are open and inviting. The guest rooms provided plenty of privacy and comfort. We enjoyed yard games and a bonfire out back in the private yard. Everyone had plenty of space to relax and enjoy the weekend. The surrounding area is wooded and rustic, beautiful scenery for a morning run. I felt safe exploring the roads and jogging into town. Location is perfect for a trip down the AuSable or a day at the beach. Roni was responsive whenever I had a question. We did not have any issues with our stay. Looking forward to many returns!

Stayed Jul 20, 2023It is exactly as described. It was very clean, and have every thing we needed. Endless firewood for the outdoor fire pit, that was great. Sleeping areas, we’re great. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. Ease access to to the local area’s. I would definitely stay again. Host was very responsive and friendly. He let us check in early because it was available, and that was nice.
