The Genoa House ~ Oasis in the Hills

The house was fantastic. It could not have worked any better for our family. What a great stay. Thank you so much.

This was a great property. The kitchen is well appointed and easy to cook in. Also a nice grill in the backyard. The patio and pool are so beautiful. A great place to relax and our dogs loved the backyard too. Megan is a very attentive property manager as well as we had a couple little problems and she took care of the issues very quickly. Overall a wonderful place to enjoy Arizona for a month!

Very nice house. Great view

Great house in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Host was very responsive. We rented the house for an early Thanksgiving family gathering, and could not have been better.

This home was a very lovely place to vacation with family. Two main bedrooms on either side of the house make for separation. A room dedicated to children holds six in bunk/trundle beds. The outdoor area is so inviting with a lovely pool with water feature. The huge kitchen/family room is great for visiting, watching tv or playing games. Megan is very helpful in solving any questions. The location of the house is good for visiting Fountain Hills as well as Scottsdale. We definitely recommend Genoa House.

We were surprised at the size of this house. Plenty of privacy among visitors if that's what you're aiming for. Backyard is really nice and pretty private. Out hosts were great with communication and were very helpful with local recommendations. Nice challenging and safe bike ride up to the Adero Canyon trailhead.

The property is gorgeous and Megan was incredibly helpful and attentive with all of our requests. Highly recommended!

This home was set up nicely and easy to live in. Light switches marked for example. I would gladly stay here again.

Beautiful house and location. Perfect for our group of 10. The host answered questions and dealt with the few issues we had quickly and efficiently. Everything was clean and worked perfectly. The one negative was that the swimming pool is not heated so it was too cold to swim.

We enjoyed our stay and it was perfect for the whole family. The house had everything we needed for cooking and preparing our Thanksgiving dinner. Our host (Megan) was helpful and very responsive. Although the pool was cold this time of year, it didn't stop our brave granddaughters from taking a dip.

Perfect accommodations for siblings and their spouses. Quiet neighborhood conveniently located to shopping and downtown FH.

Everything about this property was excellent. The house (super quiet), the location, the amenities within the house and especially Megan, the manager. Megan was easy to reach, super helpful, recommended great local restaurants and was just the best.
