Stayed Oct 3, 2025Lovely old house with wood floors, three great bedrooms, living room, and kitchen/dining/washer-dryer area. It had all we needed—basics in kitchen and laundry area, lots of towels and shampoo/conditioner/soap in bathroom (one bathroom with cute tub only). The location is the best! Right across from the gardens, so we took out dogs walking over there.

Stayed May 24, 2025Overall the property was nice. Was not impressed with the lack of actual electrical outlets and what seemed like an overuse of extension cords. Was also very disappointed with the amount of kitchen ware. There were only 3 coffee cups and almost no usable cookware for preparing meals at the property.

Stayed Feb 19, 2025Everything was wonderful. House was just right for myself and my family as we were waiting on our house to be ready. Neighborhood was quiet and friendly. I would definitely recommend this home to everyone. Host were great and always responded quickly.

Stayed Oct 10, 2024Just my son was able to stay, I never made it because of the hurricane in Florida. The house and location were fine, he only used it as a place to sleep. The lack of a shower was unfortunate.

Stayed Jul 14, 2023Stayed here while our son had a showcase at Winthrop. It was a cute, unique spot that was right across from the gardens. The tub/shower was a tricky task but doable. Definitely would stay here again!

Stayed Nov 25, 2022Great location. Next to downtown/college. Large park and side walks for exercise. Rooms were spacious with ceiling fans. Would definitely recommend. ??

Stayed Jan 14, 2022Visited for family gathering. We needed a place that we could stay instead of hotel. This was perfect. It was very comfortable for us. Our only issue was there was no shower - just a tub. Boys in my group would have preferred a shower. All in all, it was perfect for the weekend. Plus my Florida teenager got to see snow for the first time!
