Very clean accommodations and quiet. Easy access to restaurants and I-24. Would recommend to anyone.

Beautiful home in a great location, everything was as advertised and better. Great for our family with nice living area downstairs and two spacious bedrooms upstairs. No issues whatsoever, we were very happy to have stayed here.

Beautiful & cozy! Close to shopping & restaurants made it very convenient. Beds were comfortable as was the couch. Easy check-in, check out process. Host very friendly. Was able to wind down & really relax at night after a busy day which made the trip extra special. Will be back when visiting Clarksville & will recommend to friends/family as well.

We enjoyed our stay at the Farmhouse very much. Our host was very responsive. Clean, comfortable and well equipped. Good location for shopping and access to the expressway. An automobile is advised to access local amenities. We look forward to staying there again.

We felt that advertisement was accurate. We enjoyed the stocked coffee bar, front porch seating area, and ease of parking. The host communicated timely. Everything went as expected.

Check in was easy. Beautiful place to stay and very comfortable. Clean. Easy to hop on and off the interstate when heading to Nashville or into Clarksville.

We were in town for a concert in Nashville. This was a perfect place. Very quiet area. Close to shopping and restaurants. The home is clean and fully stocked with all essentials. We had a great stay!

It was very quiet for being part of a complex. The few neighbors I saw were very nice. Everything was exactly as explained in the ad.

Wendy was very helpful and there were no issues with the home. We utilized the washer and dryer and had no issues. Property was clean and in a neighborhood tucked away but also close to plenty of activities.

I did not spend much time actually in the rental as my son and I were out exploring the area.The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. I would stay here again and Wendy was very good at communication.

Two-story “newish” townhouse close to shopping and I-24. Kitchen is outfitted with nonstick cookware, minimal tools, plenty of ice, basic spices. Local water is strongly chlorinated, we purchased drinking water from a grocery store. Both bedrooms are upstairs, but downstairs does conveniently have a third (½-) bathroom. Each bedroom has one nightstand; bring your own charging base for devices (not built into bed stand or lamp).Wendy responded to my questions in reasonable duration. Note: If you want to use the jetted tub in the master bath, don’t run the dishwasher or clothes washer, as the tub depletes the hot water before even half-full. Thank you for a quiet haven to meet up with our son who is stationed at Fort Campbell.

This was my second time staying at this property, and love it! Such a quiet and relaxing place to stay.

Home was very clean. Easy to access and plenty of places for visitors to park. With this being a multiple homes in a row. Areas was up kept and clean, and nice and quite.

We loved the decor, the quiet neighborhood and the quiet neighbors. The apartment was clean and exactly as pictured. This was a nice respite for us. I highly recommend this property. Communication with the owner was very good. We will look forward to using this unit for our future visits to the area.

Wonderful place.

My fishing partner and I stayed at the Farmhouse while we were fishing in a tournament. The property is very nice! two upstairs bedrooms with separate bathrooms and TVs!. Plus a downstairs bathroom. We were very happy with the accomodations.

I was somewhat surprised to see the community where the property was located. However, walking into unit transformed the thought completely. I instantly realized why it has been dubbed 'The Farmhouse'. Well appointed decor brought the feel to Life for us. Reasonably close to everything, the location was good, as well.

The host is so extremely lovely and is amazing at communicating with you if you need to change your listing dates, any questions you have, etc. The property is so nice, it’s a great location, very quiet, and very very clean. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking to stay in Clarksville it is a great location, you are close to Wilma, Campbell, and the interstate and you are in a good part of town.

Condo was clean and in a nice neighborhood. Overall a nice stay, however, if you plan on using the pool i would advise letting the host know prior to your trip so you can read and agree to the rules. Also, you must bring your own pool towels and only 2 guests are allowed at the pool at one time.

VERY CLEAN AND WELL APPOINTED. SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER IN SHOWER WAS NICE. WOULD DEFINITLEY STAY AGAIN!!
