Stayed Nov 7, 2025Loved everything about our stay in the Farmer’s Cottage at King’s Crossing. The check in process was the easiest ever. We really appreciated the location. End of the road privacy and seclusion yet close to everything we needed with easy access. Hosts were easy to communicate with and very responsive.

Stayed Aug 19, 2025I stayed in this area to have access to historical sites. This is a very private site yet offers easy access to Route 3 (a busy commercial district) as well as to key Civil War sites, nearby Mott's Run Park--a great hiking site recommended by Sarah--and downtown Fredericksburg. The house itself was welcoming and well outfitted.
