Stayed Jun 8, 2025Everyone was VERY happy with the home, its furnishings, and the surroundings. It was a very tranquil place to enjoy each others' company for a few days. Frankly, the online photos do not do the property justice, and I think Kyle would benefit from upgrading the photos to better reflect how nice the home is; I would think that might increase the occupancy rate.

Stayed Sep 29, 2023Enjoyed our stay -- owner readily available to answer questions. Large open common areas which are great when having a family retreat. Traffic to and from Franklin was an issue - leave yourself extra time to get where you're going. Sleeping accommodations as advertised.

Stayed Jun 7, 2023Thie property was the BEST VRBO property I've stayed at. Extremely clean, decorated very nice and comfortable. The owner is very responsive. The kitchen has everything in the world. Excellent for a large group. I HIGHLY recommend this property based on staying there.

Stayed Apr 19, 2023Beautiful, quiet farm house with amazing outdoor spaces and comfortable accommodations! Close to Franklin and a couple new small towns for groceries. Wonderful for our large family attending a wedding nearby. Resident turkeys greeted us every morning for coffee on the deck. The house had everything we needed. We just had to buy groceries!
