This oasis in Rye provides guests with an envious location within a short drive to the Mornington Peninsula wine region, world class golf courses district, and the hot springs or you can just stay put and enjoy the relaxed coastal setting of this resort-style holiday rental in Rye. It's perfect for your summer or winter escape.

The property can easily accommodate up to 11 guests, with 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, which have recently been renovated, a separate toilet, 2 living areas, split system air-conditioning, central heating, ceiling fans in bedrooms and dishwasher. Free Wi Fi / Internet is provided through the house. The living room has a 55 inch Smart TV with DVD and Netflix. Netflix is also available in the TV in the master bedroom. The spacious, central entertaining deck is fully roofed, with alfresco style access from living/dining/master bedroom. Gas BBQ, 2 and 3 seater lounge and 10 seater outdoor dining setting. Safe fully fenced rear garden with sand pit, cubby house, swings, slide, trampoline and table tennis. Cot and high chair provided. Property has double lock up garage.
