Great location.

Location and private parking were the best parts of the stay.

I loved staying here with my friends! We had a wonderful experience in San Diego and we all enjoyed the house very much.

We had such a wonderful stay! The home was cozy, well-equipped with everything we needed, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. The owner was very kind and responsive, which made the experience even better. We can’t wait to return. The property was adorable and super clean upon check-in. We loved the private parking and close proximity to the beach and nearby restaurants. I would recommend bringing your own beach chairs if you have a large group as they only had a couple on site.

Perfect house for our family vacation.

We had an incredible 16-day stay at this beautiful home in July! The house was exactly as described—comfortable, well-stocked, and thoughtfully set up for a relaxing beach vacation. The location was unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach, which made our daily trips effortless and enjoyable. Everything about this home made our stay feel easy and memorable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a charming, well-located beach rental.

-Great house - light and airy, lots of space for three couples, has everything you need for a stay of any length of time.-Great location - close to SO many shops, restaurants, grocery, etc., and, of course, close to the beach!-Designated parking so you don't have to search for a spot on the street.-Jessica was so easy to communicate with - she responded quickly to any questions I had, and was extremely accommodating! Thank you for the use of this wonderful property for our mini family reunion!

Great location walking distance from the beach, grocery store, and many restaurants. Very convenient parking - we have a large SUV and had no problem fitting in the enclosed driveway. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent property within walking distance to all you need to enjoy SD with family and friends. This beach house literally has everything you need to enjoy the beach. 5 min walk to the sand and pretty much everything else you would need. Perfect place to spend with family.

We had an amazing stay at Jessica’s beach house. The house was very clean and in a great location! I would highly recommend staying at this home.

From waking up to the sound of seagulls to having family chats on the porch swing surrounded by rose bushes, the home truly added so much to our vacation. With my four teens we were able to make it a home base for exploring the beach, the bay, shopping, and restaurants all on foot. Thank you for sharing our house with us!

This is a great property close to the beach, the bay, groceries, restaurants, and shopping. Didn’t need to drive to get to these places, and your vehicle is secure with onsite parking! Plenty of room in the house to be comfortable for a 3 generation family vacation to eat, to play board games, and to sleep. We would love to return for a repeat vacation!

Great place for large family including toddler. The beds comfortably was a 10 out of 10 Had everything to accommodate all age group. Mins walk to anything and everything you need. Will visit again.?

The beach home was clean, stocked with everything we needed for a 5 day stay. The location is very walkable to beach, coffee shops, restaurants and a grocery store. The beach towels and toys made the stay perfect.

Our house was absolutely wonderful. Small luxuries (super comfy bedding, nice linens, plenty of kitchen utensils, luxurious showers, etc) and plenty of helpful items to use in the home. Contact with our host was incredible, super fast and friendly. The location was really good, near the beach and lots of restaurants though we ended up driving into San Diego quite a bit, but that was a personal choice to see family and the city. Still a super fast drive. The only reason I’m rating slightly lower is the neighbors directly next door were extremely noisy all night. My 60 year old mom stayed in the room next to their house and didn’t get a wink of sleep because they were up very late and being very loud. There was also a very loud couple fighting for about an hour in the street the first night we were there. I know this isn’t the hosts fault as they truly were wonderful but it was a little frustrating to not be able to sleep due to the noise at all hours of the night.
