The Eyrie is a thoughtfully designed modern mountain retreat in The Nest, blending elevated interiors with effortless indoor-outdoor living. The home features two king ensuite bedrooms on the main level, plus a spacious lower-level bunk retreat ideal for families or groups. Enjoy expansive entertaining decks on both levels, a private hot tub, outdoor dining, and curated spaces designed for gathering, relaxing, and taking in the mountain setting.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the full home, including the private hot tub, outdoor entertaining spaces, and all interior living areas. Guests may also access The Nest’s shared wellness amenities, including the pool, spa, sauna, and fitness center, once the required amenity waiver is completed.



Other Things to Note:

• Exterior doorbell camera at entry for security purposes only. No interior cameras.



• The Nest is an actively growing community, so daytime construction noise may be present.



• Wildlife is common in the mountains, including deer, bears, and insects. Please keep food and trash secured.



• Mountain roads can be winding and dark after sunset. Arriving before dark is recommended for first-time visitors.



• This is a shared residential community. Please observe quiet hours and park only in designated areas.
