The Space:

This thoughtfully designedhome is perfect for both relaxing and entertaining. The open-concept living and dining area creates a warm, inviting space to gather, while the renovated kitchen is fully equipped for meals at home.



Downstairs, you'll find a full entertainment zone featuring a game room and theater-style seating—perfect for movie nights or friendly competition.



Sleeping arrangements:

- Bedroom 1: Queen bed

- Bedroom 2: Queen bed

- Bedroom 3: Two bunk beds (4 twins) + twin trundle

- Additional sleeping: Sleeper sofa + queen air mattress



The home comfortably accommodates larger groups and includes luxury linens, fresh towels, and ceiling fans in each bedroom.



Step outside to enjoy the spacious yard, private hot tub, outdoor seating, fire pit, and grill—all with peaceful lake views just beyond the deck.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the home via a convenient keypad entry. The entire property is yours to enjoy during your stay, with the exception of the detached garage, which is not accessible.

Located in a private, gated Pocono community, The Elevated Pine Escape offers a peaceful, nature-filled setting with access to a variety of shared amenities. Guests can enjoy nearby walking trails, lakes for fishing, playgrounds, sports courts, and seasonal pools—all just minutes from the home.



You'll also be a short drive from some of the Poconos' most popular attractions, including Kalahari resort, Camelback Mountain, Big Boulder, Pocono Raceway, and the Delaware Water Gap. Whether you're looking for outdoor adventure, family activities, or local dining, everything you need is within about 15-30 minutes.



Other Things to Note:

Community Registration Requirement:

This home is located in a private gated community with HOA regulations. Because of this, we are unable to accept reservations with a less than 72 hour notice before the check-in. All guests staying at the property (including children) must be registered with the community shortly after booking. We will reach out to collect full names for registration. Failure to provide this information in a timely manner may result in cancellation in accordance with community rules. Wristbands are required for all guests that wish to use the community amenities. We will ask if you wish to receive wristbands after booking—this may result in additional fees.



Gate Access:

Upon arrival, guests must present a valid ID to the security attendant at the gate for entry into the community.



- All TV's are Roku-enabled—please bring your login info for streaming services

- Family-friendly amenities include games, toys, a high chair, and pack 'n play

- Starter supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, K-cups) are provided—guests should bring extras for longer stays

- Firewood is not provided

- Please follow all community rules, including posted speed limits, to ensure safety for residents and wildlife



Security: There is one exterior security camera located above the garage facing the lake. It does not face any interior or private guest areas.
