The Durr House at Pea Level, historic home on beautiful Corn Creek.

I have stayed here twice now & both times have been amazing!! Will definitely be back we LOVE it! Owner is SO nice & great at communicating & answering any questions you have! This is seriously such a neat place to stay. You will not be disappointed!!

This older home provided room for us to sit in the living area and visit with our grown kids and grandkids comfortably. Close to everything we needed as well.

All I can say is this house is absolutely magnificent—it’s like a museum within itself! The outdoor space was such a bonus, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The host really did their big one with the special touches—flowers and treats waiting upon arrival. I definitely plan to visit again because I just love this house! It’s close to everything yet still feels perfectly secluded.

We had a wonderful stay here with family! The amenities were fantastic, there’s history throughout the home, and some of the most beautiful places to sit and spend time together outdoors. This house is also a very ideal location if you’re looking for somewhere kind of private, but also just a few minutes away from town!

We enjoyed staying at the Durr House while we were in town. The kids and I enjoy hanging out in the creek after a hot July day. Definitely staying here again

Everything was wonderful as always. So much room and such a beautiful property. My family loves it here.

It was a beautiful home, we could not figure out the water heater and the owner came right out and fixed us up. He was super nice. We will be back!

Our stay at the historic Durr property was exactly what we needed! Five of us were in town for a family wedding shower, and the house gave us a lovely place to get ready before and then wind down afterwards by the firepit. The lights on the creek were an unexpected delight! We also enjoyed looking at the historic pictures in the dining room and feeling like we were part of an important place, both in terms of the life the Durrs lived and the work they did. The only slight downside: Although the house is outside of town on a beautiful piece of property, the traffic on Highway 14 in front of the house is fairly heavy throughout the night. You don't hear it much from the back of the house, you do from the bedrooms on the front of the house. This might be a problem for light sleepers.

Great property and had a great visit

The property is beautiful, but remember that it is a historic home. There were a few cobwebs, but the space was beautiful and otherwise well maintained. Plenty of beds and bathrooms and community space for a large group.
