The Lauderdale Dreamcatcher is a magnificent 4-bedroom home, containing all you need and more for the perfect, relaxing stay. Your entire group will love it as there is plenty to do for the whole family. 100 feet from a beautiful playground and basketball hoop--this means more fun for all ages including the younger kids and toddlers. Plus our stocked game room with pool, skeeball, reading nook, high top table and myriad of games. Plus the additional reading area in the living room allows plenty space for everyone to do what they love at the same time. But, honestly, you'll spend most of your time outside by the pool. The perfect relaxation setting, serene, scenic and a private heated pool--with loungers, seating and outdoor grill and dining. This house is the full package! And it's close to the beach. While this house has been made for entertaining & creating unforgettable moments. It is not a party house. We are located in a lovely, quiet & quaint family neighborhood. Parties are not allowed and loud noises, especially in the outdoor space, past 9 PM are prohibited. We like to treat our neighbors and neighborhood with the same respect that they treat us. Please be aware that we are very vigilant about this and we’ll enforce our rules very strictly. There are Noise monitoring devices that lets us know if the music or noise levels are too high.

Fort Lauderdale Noise Ordinance
Sound shall not be plainly audible for a period of one (1) minute or longer at a distance of twenty-five (25) feet or more when measured from the source property line between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. daily and at a distance of fifty (50) feet or more when measured from the source property line between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. daily
As per city policy, there is a maximum of 4 cars allowed at the home at any given time. There is a 4 car driveway and all cars must be within the driveway. Parking on the grass, the sidewalk, and the street is prohibited and enforced and, if a violation is given to due to illegal parking, there will be a penalty for the guests violating the rules.
There are noise detector devices & cameras located on the outside of the property for your security. Cameras are on 24/7, have the ability to record audio/video and are motion triggered.
There are 3 cameras.
As per city ordinance, it is unlawful to allow for a sexual offender or sexual predator to occupy this residence.
Pool:
- The pool is available for USE AT YOUR OWN RISK with NO DIVING ALLOWED. The hosts are not responsible for any injuries that result from the use of the swimming pool.
- Children must be supervised in the pool area at all times.
- No running.
- The pool will be professionally cleaned once per week.
Before arrival the guest must sign an online "check-in" form with all of the terms and conditions of the house and agreeing to follow all of the city ordinances and disclosing all members of the party.
Unfortunately we are not a pet friendly house and we have a no-pet/animal policy given owner's severe allergies. If a pet/animal is brought to the home, it will be deemed a violation of our house rules. The reservation will be immediately cancelled and forfeiture of any security deposit.
Guest are not allowed to have parties and people who are not registered to stay in the house must have written consent from the host before entering.
In order to keep the house clean and well maintained for you there are a few services done regularly and these may occur during your stay:
The pool is serviced once a week on Wednesday sometime between 8 AM - 3 PM. The pool company will knock on the door to let you know when they will be going into the backyard. Should nobody answer, they will use the side entrance to clean and service the pool. They will never enter the inside of the house.
The landscaping of the front yard and back yard is done every other Wednesday between 9 AM to 5 PM. The landscaping company will first service the front yard and they will knock and let you know when they will be going to service the back. They will use the side entrance to the backyard and never enter the house.
On the 4th Thursday of every-month we do pest control to keep the house bug free. The company will come to the house accompanied by someone from our company and they will need access to the house inside. If you are not home, the host will be present to make sure your belongings and safety are not compromised. The products that we use are all environmentally and human friendly, so there is not a need to leave the home at anytime.
Check-in is at 4pm but you can contact us to see if an earlier check-in is possible. We will be happy to do so earlier if possible. Check-out must be done by 11 AM. Due to the size of this property, our cleaners require the full amount of allotted time to ensure the highest standard of cleanliness and sanitary guidelines. Because of this, there is NO LATE CHECK-OUT allowed. If you overlook this rule, the host reserves the right to charge $75 per hour past the Check-Out time.
There are no parties allowed in this house. The maximum amount of people in the house is 12 people, and if unregistered guests will be coming to visit, you must give notice and get consent from the hosts. If unauthorized additional people are at the house, the reservation will be immediately cancelled and forfeiture of any security deposit.
NO SMOKING/VAPING INSIDE THE HOUSE. Please do not smoke inside the house but feel free to smoke outside on the patio/deck. This helps us to ensure all guests can enjoy clean and fresh air inside. Guests will be liability for any fire or property damage costs as a result of smoking. Any findings of ash, cigarettes, fire, burns or smoke inside the house will result in a $250 per day fine for the duration of your stay. **We use smart devices to monitor indoor air quality.
