Stayed Apr 24, 2021This was a unique property it was Quaint and tucked away. But the owner of the property is bothersome. I had one to many deliveries and concern turned into harassment. She wants to know who is coming over, what time they are leaving. Not to mention the property has nats or fruit flies inside and outside of the property. Would not stay here again with choice.

Stayed Oct 23, 2025Well maintained, within moderate walking distance of the convention center, borderline on the edge of sketcher areas but in the neighborhood itself felt safe. Liz did a great job.

Stayed Jun 8, 2025Great place! My husband and I travelled to Phoenix to watch a couple of baseball games and golf. Felt very safe in the neighborhood. The location was a 15 minute walk to Chase Field. 15 Minute walk to downtown area - close to a couple of breweries… The studio was clean and perfect for us. Could sleep 3 - had a twin size bed in loft. King size bed was comfortable. Full size refrigerator; toaster oven and 2 burner stove; Kuerig coffee pot; washer and dryer. It was perfect for our adventures and offered everything we needed. Liz was great to work with: very responsive. We highly recommend.

Stayed Mar 26, 2025I rented for a weekend of Cubs Baseball at Chase Field. Place is a 0.5 mile walk from Chase, it was very clean, and I would recommend to anyone.

Stayed Mar 13, 2025Liz was very welcoming and the place was great for us. It’s a neat “hidden away” spot, yet also so close to downtown. We were able to walk to and from the Suns arena for a basketball game, e.g.The location is quiet, other than the occasional flight overhead. (It’s conveniently close to the airport but not so close as to be an issue.) We would definitely stay here again!
