The Downtown Omaha Oasis- over 10,000 sq ft includes arcade & rooftop w/ hot tub

this might be the most incredible space I have ever stayed in. It was absolutely perfect to house all the out-of-town guests for my daughter’s wedding. We were also able to have a bachelorette party there and the rehearsal dinner there. Truly amazing.

Excellent place to stay!! Space for everyone to have fun and get their private space.

Great host and extremely helpful and accommodating

Yes it was all great!

The place is one of a kind and was the perfect place for our daughter’s college graduation celebration. Plenty of room for everyone, different areas to explore and Heather provided great support. We will be back in summer to use the amazing rooftop!

This is a great space for large gatherings. Plenty to do for the kids and lots of places to relax for the adults . Will definitely book again in the future.

Condo is maze-like with lots of steps and step downs. Not for anyone with mobility issues. I never left the first floor, which was still challenging to a few of our guests. Kitchen is huge, a wonderful gathering spot. Large dining table. Some private bedrooms which were wonderful. Hosted daughter's Bachelorette Party there. Weekend of awesome memories made. Condo was very clean. Multiple rooms had individual thermostats. Very quirky and quite cool. Everyone had an amazing experience.

We had a great time at the Omaha Oasis! The pictures did not do the space justice; it was a lovely surprise seeing all of the amenities and cool rooms in the house. We didn’t get enough time to enjoy the rooftop, but hope to come back again. Heather was very responsive and helpful when needed. Overall we were very satisfied with our visit.

It was an amazing stay! It was great for my bachelor party weekend. It was so spacious and a lot of fun things to do there

Absolutely wonderful! Lived the property and the location!!

This place was amazing, it has so much character and things to keep the kids busy when hanging out at house. Close to restaurants and bars and also not a bad walk to anywhere downtown.

They were great to work with. The place is amazing and so interesting!! Family and friends had a great time. We would definitely recommend this place!

It's hard to call anything perfect, but this property truly exceeded our expectations. It had everything our family needed—enough rooms and beds for adults, teens, little ones, and even a pack-and-play for our 10-month-old. Every bedroom and bathroom was spotless, well-stocked, and ready for us to settle in comfortably. The game room was a huge hit with the kids and teens, who were thrilled with the old-school arcade games and multiple TVs for their Xbox and Nintendo Switch marathons. The theater room became our cozy hub for Christmas movies, though the oversized recliners often lulled us into naps before the credits rolled! One unforgettable moment was Grandpa (Me, at 53 years old and 5' 6) dunking a basketball in the recreation area—thanks to the adjustable hoop (a little secret they didn’t need to know!). The kitchen had everything we needed to cook delicious family meals, making it easy to enjoy breakfast and dinner together every day.A special shoutout to Heather for the thoughtful Christmas decorations, which made our stay even more magical. Thank you for an incredible holiday getaway!
