Inside, you’ll enjoy hand-selected interiors, a large 4K HD TV, custom blinds, granite countertops, and thoughtful touches that elevate your stay. Guests can take advantage of a locked storage area for personal belongings and year-round boat access with a private dock. Amenities include cable TV, Wi-Fi, and support from a local property manager. With deeded private beach access and a prime location on the north end of Manasota Key—close to Manasota Beach, Venice, and downtown Englewood—this home offers the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and coastal relaxation.

From I‑75, take the exit toward U.S. Route 41 (US-41) in Englewood. Drive south on US-41 until you reach State Road 776 / Manasota Beach Road, then turn west onto Manasota Beach Road. Continue over the water on the Tom Adams Bridge onto Manasota Key. Once across the bridge, turn left onto Manasota Key Road and drive about two more miles — the home will be on your left.

Accidental Damage Insurance: Accidental Damage Insurance is included within all guest stays at Gulfcoast Holiday Homes. On this property, for stays greater than 29 nights, an additional $90 will be due as the current rates are for 29 nights or less. For additional blocks of 30 nights past 59 nights you, will be charged $71.

Guests must cancel at least 60 days before check-in to receive a full refund for all nights, minus a 10% processing fee.
Guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund for all nights.
If a guest cancels less than 30 days before check-in, you’ll be charged 100% for all nights.
We strongly recommend that you purchase your own travel insurance for your protection.
